My office runs on communication. Communication with my team, my patients, and my other colleagues. So when a printer Broke down and I needed to get the printer fixed, I got a little haywire. I went to the retail stores and even though printers might be cheap, ink is crazy expensive. So before I upgraded, I figured, I'd give this place a call. Omar was my knight in shining armor. He fixed my printer and actually gave me options to SAVE money.... I am so happy with his service, the turn around time and the fact that he came to the office to look and pick up the computer. I didn't have to drive anywhere. I'll definitely call this place again for any printer repair needs.

I can't say that I actually used their services because I didn't even get to. I arrived at A Plus to try to get a printer repaired to find the place closed at 12:45 pm with a sign saying they would open at 1:00 pm. No problem, I thought, I can wait 15 minutes.
At 1:15, the place is still closed with no signs of anyone inside. I try to call their number, but no one answers. I try two more times, finally reaching someone on the third try. The person on the line is not actually in the store and does not know when the store's proprietor will be back, but claims "the manager should be heading there now, I'll call him and get back to you in 5 minutes."
15 more minutes pass (it's now 1:30 to those counting). The person I spoke to has not called, so I call him back. He explains that he does not know where the manager is, that he might be "on the bridge" and that's why he cannot reach him (I did not even dispute the lack of logic in this statement). He says I should try to come back in a few hours or the next day. In the alternative, he suggested THAT I LEAVE THE PRINTER OUTSIDE BY THE DOOR and that the manager would come look at it when he showed up.
Needless to say, I did not leave my printer outside the door for someone to steal as the representative recommended. Based on this experience alone, I would stay far away from this company. -

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use A-Plus Printer Services. We used them in our offices to do a printer repair and they called EVERY DAY asking about their payment. We paid them within 7 working days but, during that time, we received no less than 10 calls. They are worse than a bill collector! When I told the 'gentleman' who called me that he and his company's actions were tantamount to harassment, his response was, "we didn't do anything to you." When I informed the man that we would no longer be using his services, his response was, "Well, you might not be working there. So, don't be so sure." This vendor was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend they be contacted for your equipment service needs.
