I absolutely love banking here! They have bent over backwards to help me, and always with a smile. I've never had a bad experience with them. Very similar to small town banking (which is what I'm used to). They have great credit building options, and changing my name with them was a snap. Their online banking is simple and to the point and I've never had to wait on the phones (once you get through the automated system, which is annoying, but everyone has that these days). My husband, who has been a long time customer of chase (ugh!) recently switched to A+ 7 months ago and praises them to no end. Seriously awesome place.

I had less than $7 in my account and did not use bill pay for a month and they tried to charge me for a fee for an inactive bill pay (?) of $7.50 which didn't go through because I didn't have the money for this fee, so they charged me an NSF fee of $29.50, which overdrew my account, so they charged me $29.50 again for having a negative balance because of their NSF fee which was because of their bill pay fee (yeah, two overdrawn charges there). Then two days later (without notifying me of all this happening, no phone calls, or bill pay cancellations) their bill pay tried to put the fee for an inactive bill pay service charge me AGAIN since the first one didn't clear, and charged me ANOTHER overdrawn fee (we are up to three overdraws, just for not using there bill pay for a month). I asked them to cancel my bill pay and got A+ confirmation of it. So, two days later, here comes the THIRD attempt to charge my account for an inactive bill pay, and another NSF. So I called them up and they said that the bill pay was a THIRD-PARTY service not related to the bank and I would need to pay them before they would cancel it! I had to PAY them $126 (four NSF + bill pay) just to CLOSE my account. I went in and talked to the branch manager who said she would investigate and call me back. I never heard from her again. Really, it wasn't worth the frustration at that point. I figured it cost me $126 to get the hell away from them and move to a real bank. Stay away from this Mickey Mouse bank with terrible customer service, low-tech, and hidden fees. Ridiculous.

Horrible service, the worst web site I've ever used, and I have to jump through crazy hoops every month to give them my money. Would never use them again.

Love this bank and it's online billing. You can also do "Zip-it" and deposit a check (any check) online so you can have the cash in your account right away and then mail it in or drop it off later within 10 days... great feature!

I've banked here for 14 years, and honestly, I wonder why. This bank has really inferior customer service. They are short staffed, often. You have lots of folks waiting in the lobby to be served while the staff talk on the phone or work on the computer. Phone service is no better. Expect to wait 20 minutes or more to get a live person. They really need to address their customer service issues.
