A+! Friendly, professional staff. Very pleasant to work with. Explained clearly and honestly what was going on with my external hard drive (whose repair was my reason for being there), gave me a fair estimate and stuck to it. I am recommending them to my friends and absolutely plan on using them again. Highly recommended!

I got my laptop keyboard replaced here about 4 months ago, so this review is long overdue.
I would definitely get my laptop serviced here again. They are very fair in their pricing and replaced my laptop keyboard at almost the cost of the part. I think they only charged me $20-25 for labor. They gave me free estimate on the job before starting on the repair. And they kept me updated on the status of my laptop (called me when the parts came in, etc).
There's no pressure to get repair done after the estimate. Very friendly and professional staff. Parking is not an issue - always a few spots on the street.
They do very good work, but as the saying goes: "If you want it done cheap and well, it's not going to be fast." Drop off your laptop here if you are not going to need it for a week.

Good work, as advertised. Someone always answers the phone during business hours and they do their best to balance thoroughness and speed.
There's definitely no bait and switch -- despite the focus on speed in repairing my laptop they still called back with an estimate -- but if you're counting on door-to-door, be prepared to wait a bit more.
Ultimately, they do good work for a fair price. If you need delivery, just be prepared to make yourself accessible if you want it quickly. -

I have been using A+ Computer Services for a while now, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They provide extremely professional service and are very skilled at what they do. Fair price and good professional customer service. They offer free estimates which alone is awesome. They made sure to call before performing any work on my laptop and service was good. When there was a unforeseen problem after the first fix, they were quick to rectify the problem.
