      If I could this company zero stars I would. Misdiagnosed my washer. Charged us 450 dollars for a new pump, that he just happened to have the part in his truck. Put it in and assured me everything was fine and left. Washer was still having the same problem. His answer was to unplug it to reset it. Still broke. He came back out and put another pump on it. Still broke. Told me now I had to put a new control panel on it. If I would do this it would be cheaper to just buy a new washer, so why would I? He only gave us half our money back. The old washer is now been taken away (new pump on it and all). I feel like we were so conned. Do not give this man your hard earned money. I might as have well ran out to the street and threw 225 dollars in the gutter.

      Likely the most customer oriented appliance repair company I've ever met. Freezer broke Sunday morning at 1 am. Left a voice mail with Dan at 4 am. He returned my call at 7 am. Dan interruptwd his Sunday, and day of hiking in Nederland to return to Golden. By 9:30, on a Sunday morning, my Kitchenaid refrigerator freezer was repaired. His cost was very reasonable. A+ Appliance really sets itself apart for competent, timely, and there when you need them service!

      How can I explain how pleased I am with A+? Four stars aren't enough - I give Dan 10 *s.

      Before I contacted Dan I looked at these reviews. Overall they looked good with a single odd review that I chose to ignore. Having been in the service industry, I understand that there are a few folks in the world that are impossible to please.

      I had an unusual situation with a rental property owned by my mother. I anticipated a ton of frustration getting the dryer repaired. Dan doesn't always answer the phone, and I understand that, since he gets in locations without a phone signal, or probably has both hands full when it rings, but he responds to voice mail as quickly as he can.

      After explaining the problems to Dan, he was kind enough to contact the tenant to schedule the repair, and had it done the next day. He must have had the needed parts with him, since it was a single visit. He took my credit card over the phone and emailed me the receipt. I still can't believe this went so smoothly!

      It is so refreshing to deal with a professional and reasonable person. He clearly knows what he is doing, and is honest and forthright. He even went above and beyond and let me know he had some reliable folks he could recommend if I needed work done on the rental other than appliance repairs.

      The repair cost was very reasonable.

      Going forward, I will call A+ any time I need appliance repair.

      Dan was prompt, reasonable, polite, professional!!! Fixed my dryer! Had the part needed with him and boom! Would reccomend to anyone! Great guy and saved my day!

      Dan is very honest! When I described the problem with my freezer, he offered to come out, but honestly told me that I likely need a new freezer. He also offered to answer questions I may have during the purchase of a new one. You just don't get service like that anymore! Thanks, Dan!
