Great for quick lunch and happy hour deals.

I just started working around the corner from these guys. My schedule doesn't permit a full lunch break some days. This place is perfect for that. Run in, grab a large, cheap slice 'o pizza that is actually really tasty. I'm usually not a crust eater but I eat their crust. Cheap, good and fast. Can't beat it.

I've also stopped by for happy hour after work a couple times. Good drink specials. My fave is the shot & a beer special. Shot of whiskey and a PBR or shot of tequila and a Dos Equis. Both middle shelf liquor too. All for $7. Can't beat it.

Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is it isn't perfect. Kind of dark and not always the cleanest dining area. Can turn in to kind of a hipster bar too. I still highly recommend.

    Fantastically delicious!

The crust is very unique in its slight crunchy, slight chewy, totes awesomey-ness.  The toppings were all super fresh and not all pre-diced - gotta love when ordering tomato on a pizza comes with, you know, round slices of tomato, not lil' cubes!  Anyways, it ain't cheap, but good pizza in this city is never going to be cheap, and sometimes papa johns or safeway take n bakes just don't cut it.

Really good selection of specialty pizzas including at least four or five veggie friendly ones which is what we've tried thus far.  Certainly will order from here again!

    I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

The Pizza is mediocre, but not terrible and reasonably priced.

The drinks are GREAT. And the girl who works Sunday night always makes the place SO fun. She blasts awesome music and cultivates a super sweet atmosphere that makes drinking on a Sunday night sounds awesome, no matter how hard you hit it all weekend.

Five stars! Keep up the good work!

Stopped by before a concert at The Paramount. Famished, I grabbed the last slice of cheese pizza. Leaving them with 2 slices of pepperoni. It was quite empty for a Sunday afternoon; just a couple guys at the bar. Grabbed by pizza & soda, and sat by the window. Pizza was very good- "NY style." Didn't really deal with anyone since I just paid and sat myself down, but the girls seemed friendly.

ordered from them around 2am since they say there open till 4 am. I was really excited about this until I order bbq chicken wings...it takes them 55 mins to deliver the food and I was 3 blocks down at hotel max, they forgot my garlic bread sticks, and the chicken wings they did deliver weren't even bbq... I would not recommend ordering delivery food from this place

Pretty much your only option for late night food in the area and I was craving pizza. If you want a slice, they'll have it under a lamp waiting for you... so don't go too late or they'll run out...

I wish they had more selection or even something fresh, but beggars can't be choosers, right? I had a slice of Hawaiian and Pepperoni from the display case (Seriously, it rotates around like it was originally intended to be a showcase for watches or something)..

I guess to really enjoy this place, you should come here with friends (it resembles a bar more than a pizza joint) than grab a slice to-go.. Is it just me or does the name sound a bit generic?!

Great thin crust pizza.   Just enough topping to not be over the top, quality ingredients, and just enough grease.  The lunch special is pretty sweet with 2 slices and a soda for $6.50 - making it easily the cheapest lunch option within several blocks downtown.

I would have given three stars for the food, but because of the proximity to my work and the cost, it deserved 4.

I can't effing believe I ordered from this place. But I did and I will again. You see, I am lazy. I usually like ordering from Hot Momma's but they weren't open for deliveries (because I sure as shi* am not walking there) until 4:00 pm and they are HUGE so I can eat it all week without going grocery shopping. Told you I was lazy.

The pizza here: The veggie w/ no green peppers. Pretty good, but a little small for me. The driver was really a friendly guy and I got it within a half an hour. Super.

OK, if you like thin New York Style pizza, then this is Seattle's answer to your savory desires.  Although not exactly like NYC pizza, it is thin and the sauce and cheese are good.  Plus, it's open late.  So, when you're in downtown Seattle and you're craving pizza, there should be no other place that you should go.  Plus, if you're still thirsty for a cold beverage, they can serve you one (time limits permitting).

I didn't get a delivery so I'm not sure how that rates.  The pies are still delicious (that could be my beer taste buds talking but the pizza is still great).

I tend to stop in at night, where the place turns into more bar than pizza place. Their carousel of ready-made pizza is tiny, so you'll want to call ahead unless you're there to chit chat. And they do take their time; I usually wind up waiting even after calling ahead.

That said, the pizza itself is quite good: NY style, thin, semi-sweet yet tangy sauce, pepperoni that's usually cooked till just the edges are crispy. If you stop in, the atmosphere is pretty nice; dimly lit with a nice mix of alternative/indie on the radio, and the late hours + delivery are awesome. One of the few truly late-night places in downtown.

Stopped in after visiting the REI flagship store and was pleasantly surprised. The joint is quite small and has a cozy, intimate feel. They had a GREAT soundtrack in this restaurant which added to the atmosphere.

As for the food, it was a quality pie. We went simple and it paid off. One of the best margarita pizzas my girl and I ever had. They have a decent selection from the bar if you're looking. They also have pizza by the slice if you're in a hurry.

All in all, recommended. Definitely stop in for a great pizza and a chill atmosphere.

So, I love late night delivery, I work late, my boyfriend works late, and delivery is just downright convenient
The first time we ordered our order was wrong.
Got one veggie calzone no cheese and no butter.
It was burnt to a crisp, but you know, those kind of thing happen. Forgivable, it is a pizza place who delivers until 4 am. What are you to expect?
But my boyfriend who is a vegetarian ordered the athens calzone making sure it had no meat whatsoever. also burnt to a crisp.

When cutting into the athens calzone we discovered that not only was it not the athens calzone, but it was an all meat pizza. We made sure to specify that we did not eat meat in our order, so this was very gross to say the least.

We called and tried to figure out what happened. For some reason they though we ordered the "alfonso" calzone. Which we had made obvious we were not ordering, and we ordered online, so it was clearly specified in text that we ordered the athens. Not to mention the special instructions said that we did not eat meat of any kind.

We live in an apartment so we had to go find the vehicle, and it was not marked in any way, we literally had to search for them, which is sketchy to do in belltown.

When we called and said that we were delivered the wrong calzone I was argued with that we had ordered the alfonso. I had an email receipt confirming that we had indeed ordered the athens. They told us it would be an additional 50 minutes to get the replacement calzone. Which, when you are hungry and already waited an hour for pizza is a long ass fucking time, especially when they are not even ten blocks away.

We finally got another calzone, this time the right one, but with obviously pre-frozen spinach, which is disgusting. And they would not take back the meat calzone, so we had to find a homeless guy to give it to.

So, second time we order, which is currently still not delivered, was at 3:15 am. It has been over an hour and a half, and we still have not been delivered our pizza. Their location is now closed, so we cannot call  to find out what the fuck happened to our order. If we had known they were not going to actually delivered our food, then we would have delivered from another place. Unfortunately no other place is open by now.  I gave them a debit card number for the order, so I hopefully do not get charged for an order I do not get.

I know it sucks to have to work at a place until four in the morning, but if you cannot do it, don't say that you can. I made sure that they were still delivering before placing an order. They said they were, and assured us it would be here in 40-50 minutes. Very disappointing
    . Still hungry....

If you actually want to eat pizza late night, order somewhere else, or go and buy a frozen pizza. It will be better, cheaper, and you will actually get to eat when you are hungry.

Being from the east coast with a large chunk of extended family in NY and NJ it's hard finding similar style pizza in the PNW. A Pizza Mart comes pretty close to the NY vibe. My girlfriend and I happened to walk by while looking for apartments and decided to pop in. Don't let the unassuming outside fool you, this place is cool on the inside. Sat at the bar, got a slice, and chatted with the bar tender longer than it took to eat. Great staff, great prices, great place.

    Let's set the scene...

Saturday: I've been up since 8 AM, already been a little day drunk and then my girlfriends and I end up at the My Bloody Valentine goth-themed Bacon Strip at Rebar. It's late and I'm in a neighborhood I'm not too familiar with, but I am now almost totally sober and really stinkin' hungry.

I pull out my blackberry and get to work with the Yelp app, trying to find cheap late night eats within walking distance (in heels.) After some maneuvering, the thing tells me that mere blocks away is a pizza place that supposedly stays open 'til 4 AM. One of my homegirls and I grab our jackets to cover our "goth" wear and head out for the trek in the cold, sprinkly wind.

IT EXISTS. The neon sign of a beautiful oasis of pizza slices beckoned to us. We went in and grabbed some seats then headed for the counter where a nice, non-hipster-y young man assured us another batch of slices was going to be out soon and asked us if we wanted a drink. A DRINK. There is also a full bar here AND a late night happy hour, so of course we ordered up beers and waited for the fresh pies. My friend (who hails from New York) was pleased by the thin crust and since I'm pretty easy when it comes to pizza, I was happy that the slices that we ended up with were huge and pretty damn tasty. All for $11ish plus tip.

    I'm kinda in love.

This review is for their food/deliver as I have never actually been inside this place.

First of all, I LOVE that they offer such late night delivery. When you're craving pizza or food in general in the wee hours, you can rely on A Mart to deliver some hot, fresh pizza.
They are quick and the pizza is yummy. Their pesto bread sticks are awesome, but the plain bread sticks are terrible. They are so bland and are basically pizza dough thrown in an oven and then sprinkled with some spices. It tasted like eating the tongue of a shoe.

A friend joined me for lunch here the other day. When we first walked in we thought we had gone in the wrong door as the establishment looked more like a small cocktail lounge and bar than a pizzeria. However, upon exiting, checking the sign, and going back in, we noticed a pizza warmer next to the bar where they sell by the slice. The slices are quite large, about the size as one would get at Costco for those who have dined at the warehouse super store, but I'd say the quality is certainly better. Not to insult Costco mind you, their slices of pizza for $1.99 are certainly a good deal, but A-Pizza Mart's were just better. And for dinning in Seattle, at $2.75 a slice after tax, it's a hard value to beat.

They had about three full pizza in the warmer: a Hawaiian, a pepperoni, and the loose pieces from previous pies. I stepped up to the bar first and bought the last slice of combination, much to my friend's chagrin. But he was not too disappointed by his slice of Hawaiian.

Tip for owner: More combination slices at lunch please. :-)

If you are looking for pizza, drinks, and a fun little spot to hang out with friends...this may just be your spot!

Tasty pizza, prepared quickly, friendly staff, and very interesting portraits decorating the walls of this lil spot! Definitely adds a bit of quirk to it, lol. I love little spots like this around Seattle and I'm glad my friends and I encountered it this last weekend because it totally hit the spot as we were venturing around town looking for fun new places to check out. This was the winner that evening because we wanted something affordable (which they were!), tasty, great for a group, and good service...thank you for all of the above!

Not only do they deliver until 4am (which is a drunk person's heaven) but they now have a kick-ass dive bar open all day/night long where one can find a cheap (really, really cheap) piece of pizza and a beer.

You'd be hard-pressed to find yourself inside the establishment when it was not one of their happy hours (3-7 and then 9-11) and the service is always incredibly personal, friendly, and familiar. You can step in after a fancy evening out or stroll in even though you've been wearing sweats all day and feel welcome. They have two large flat screens that show all the football you could ask for, and if football isn't your thing you're welcome to request whatever channel you're in to. This place is truly my home-away-from-home dive bar. Favorite bartenders, favorite deals, favorite atmosphere for just grabbing a drink when you want one. Thank you for being there, A Pizza Mart

It's not often that a place merits a 5-star rating right off the bat, but a-pizza is open when I need to be, serving what I want to eat and drink. I'm willing to part with a couple of extra bucks for a little convenience, but in this case it's hardly even necessary. Everything is nice and affordable: pizza, booze... Get some!

I have been here a few times and always thought the food was pretty good. They have a decent selection of beer and it's not too pricey.

I went in today with my hubby and a few friends for a couple drinks and some breadsticks (the pesto bread is yummy!)

At one point my husband and I both has to use the restroom, he went up the bar and asked for the code and we scrambled off.

To my dismay the codes for the men's room and the lady's room were not the same. In an effort to not wet myself I just had my hub check the men's room to see if it was clear and I just went in there.

As I was in the stall a security guard busted in to announce "NO GIRLS IN THE MEN'S ROOM!" my husband politely explained that he was sorry but we didn't know the code for the lady's room....

the security guard said it didn't matter and that they had us on camera.. weird right? I was just peeing.. we weren't in the stall together, there was no scandal or drugs of graffiti... we are clean, nice, polite adults. It was just weird.

Also... in my opinion.. if there IS a girl in the boy's room, and you know it.. don't just come busting in!  maybe knock? explain the rules from outside the door?

It's not against the law.. is it?!

    Just weird.

    weird.

I wanted a slice of pizza one night, and just happened to see A Pizza Mart while walking around. From the outside it would appear just to be a small little shop tucked onto a block that serves slices to the busy crowd on their lunch. Inside I was surprised to see it packed with people and that it was essentially a bar. The service was friendly, the bartender was 'chatty' which is always something I love, there is nothing worst than a grumpy or anti-social bar tender. It's tiny space really lends a cozy feel to the place, and is a great place to stop with another person for a quick bite to eat and a drink or two. The music they play is excellent, and I had to force myself to not tap my fingers or feet too obnoxiously.
The slices are huge and thin, dripping with delicious grease. After having a few drink, I found myself almost gazing longingly at the rotating slices under the heat lamp. The slices go quick though, so don't just sit there staring, because it will take awhile for them to make more.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst. Service. Ever. My boyfriend and I stopped in for the first time on the way to a show at the Paramount. I had hoped to grab a couple quick slices and a beer before going in to the show. This did not happen.

Upon walking up to the "order here" sign it became apparent our only selection of ready-made was 3 slices of pepperoni. Fine for the bf, but I'm meat free so I opted to look over the actual menu. We quickly chose a couple calzones instead and sat down with a drink to wait....as it's a pizza place I didn't expect it to be long.

Cut to 40 minutes later. People getting by the slice have come & gone, call-in orders have come & gone, the delivery driver has gone & comeback!!! So finally I asked the one guy working behind the bar if there was a problem with our order. Guy: "No, I don't think so. Did you call it in?" Me: "Um, no I placed it with you in person almost 40 minutes ago." Guy: "Uh, no you didn't, it hasn't been that long, I haven't even been here 40 minutes..." as he disappeared into the back. He came out telling me that it was "just getting ready to be put in." Yeah, because he just told the cook about the order I'll bet! I told him to cancel it as I didn't appreciate being argued with after being forgotten about (it wasn't even like we were hiding, we were sitting at the window seats next to the bar, he walked past us every time he left the bar) I paid for the beers and went next door to Taco del Mar and had a delightful fish taco instead.

A few suggestions for A Pizza Mart.
    1. Pay attention to your customers! I shouldn't have to follow-up on my order, you should remember to do that...and remember I placed an order to begin with at least! (It wasn't busy by any standard)
    2. Don't argue with me! I'm paying you money, be nice even if I'm wrong. (But I was right, it had been almost 40 minutes)
    3. If you mess up big comp something, a free slice, a drink, a gift card...anything to let me know you did want my business.
You won't get a chance to make it up to me, though. I'm done with A Pizza Mart.

I stopped by around 3PM -- which is right after the lunch rush and they only had 3 slices of pizza left (1 combo, 1 pepperoni, and 1 Hawaiian). I ordered the pepperoni and Hawaiian because the green peppers on the combo slice looked really shriveled and sad.

I was very pleasantly surprised that the pizzas I ordered didn't taste greasy and I didn't have to use napkins to soak up the fattiness. Also, it doesn't have the last slice of pizza taste (you know... tasting like it's been sitting out forever?).

Each pizza is cut into 4 slices (so each slice is like 1/4 of a pizza), so at $2.75 a slice (already including tax) -- I'd totally come back again for a late lunch or just lunch in general.

I gotta hand it to A-Mart, their pizza's much better than it used to be, and the slices are huge. Like the one in the U-District, this one has a bar now.
They deliver pizza until 4am, for real.

The bar has a small but power-packed selection of good beer priced nicely. Full Sail Ltd? That's a hell of a good call, guys.

The pizza isn't perfect but it's pretty good. There's a little too much sauce, but the crust is nice and it's not too greasy. They don't skimp on toppings, and given how cheap and big their slices are, that's a good thing. I've ordered out, and it's about the same. Did i mention that they deliver until 4am and were willing to deliver to a school on 12 Ave up the hill at 3:34 in the morning?  That makes them awesome.

Skip the breadsticks: stay with the pizza and beer basics and you'll be happy.

Let me start off by explaining to everyone that I am on an eternal quest for Central Idaho style pizza. I've been to so many places though! Man, why can't I find Idaho style pizza in Washington?! Blows my mind! Just blows my mind.

Ah. Hmm. Being a restaurateur before, I knew what to expect about this place. Boy was I wrong, though. It has a bar, and the pizza is pretty good too. I mean good for them, for installing a bar. My friend recently installed a bar in his garage. And good for him! And good for a pizza mart!

Trust me, they deserve the recognition for installing a bar and for the other things that they did. Trust me, I know.

Well, my search for Central Idaho style pizza continues, but hey. I found this little gem along the way.

Decent pizza, very friendly staff and they sell pizza by the slice into late night!

They also serve beer here.  I was told by the owner that they were applying for a liquor license as well.

This place has some gooooood pizza. My usual is barbeque sauce with chicken and is highly recommended by moi. They have pizza by the slice during the day, as well as a selection of beers and various carbonated beverages (cans and 2-liters).

They deliver for free within a reasonable amount of time (and I think all of their locations are open until 4am). Bonus: this location is near the Paramount... it's the best fix after a show.

I live right across the street from A-Pizza Mart.  I figured it was about time that I go in and visit.

When you enter it looks more like a bar/waiting area than anything.  But a closer look reveals that to the right of the bar is a pizza warmer rotator thing.  This can be a bit off-putting at first.

I did have to wait about 4 minutes until someone was even seen behind the bar.  I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and went on my way.

The pizza itself was pretty good.  It wasn't too greasy and had a good general taste.

I can see the appeal behind this place but I think it's just ... ok.  Maybe I'm missing something but the service was sort of poor and the pizza slice in question I had gotten was pepperoni but for some reason had 2 olives on one of the slices.

I'll probably return to give it another shot.

Regular crust pizza - not thin or thick crust.

By far one of my fav regular crust pizza places (being from California, we get lots of thin crusts =P). The pizza is NOT greasy, I was suprised how clean it was when I opened the take out box. We even had pepporoni and salami on it!

The crust held its weight and the sauce + toppings were evenly distributed. I had 3 slices despite thinking I'd not eat any! yum!

Price = $12.99 for a medium pizza. $10.99 for small. If you have 2 people, go for the medium. =) They also have calzones which they claim is the best on earth. heh "shrug" don't know, didn't try.

We got take out, but they have a decent amount of indoor seating.

    Oh...they also deliver until 4AM...WHAT???? O.o

It's like a mini dance club meets pizza restaurant. How many places have pizza by the slice, a full bar, and dance music plus dark lighting at night? A-Pizza Mart is great for either grabbing a quick lunch during the day or pre-partying at night. I wouldn't recommend it as a final destination because it's really small unless you're specifically looking for a small, low-key hangout. Service is friendly, too. Pizza is pretty standard in terms of quality and toppings. Nothing special but not nasty. Never ordered delivery from them.

Not much to say about this place. It is pretty basic, pretty good pizza overall and cheap at only $2.50 + tax per piece.

I had a slice of pepperoni, sausage, and green pepper. The outer edge of the crust was a little too hard for my liking but the flavor was good and it wasn't extra greasy like some pizza can be.

Apparently they deliver until 4:00am which is pretty awesome! I can't wait to get my drink on and get pizza at 3am like I did in my early 20's!! =]

    4 AM!

I ordered a pizza at 155 am on New Year Eve, it arrived at 345 am.  What kind of pizza isn't good at 345 am?
