Mexican inspired crepes -- Fusion flavors done right!
Love how you can mix and match batters and fillings.
Mexican chocolate batter -- AMAZING.
Perfect balance of chocolate and cinnamon to complement my crepe filling (smores w/bacon).
I have a major sweet tooth, so I dont normally associate savory to crepes....but decided to try the huevos con chorizo w/pineapple (because I never seen a crepe like that).
Pineapple with eggs, and chorizo?....sounds questionable, I know... but it works!!!
The salt from the chorizo and the sweet from the pineapple is so addicting!
Im really excited to try their other flavors. Next on my list: Horchata batter! -

Hands down, the best crepe truck around!
I heard about this new gourmet food truck with really awesome Crepes so I went out and tried it the first day they launched. They were giving out free Crepes!
I immediately loved the concept, you choose a crepe batter flavor then choose your filling, whether savory or sweet. It was tough to decide so I ordered two! The first was an instant favorite..S'mores with bacon bits (amazing combination) with Pumpkin flavor crepe. It was handed to me so warm on a little paper dish so I dove right in! The marshmallow and chocolate were so gooey and yummy with little pieces of graham crackers for that added crunch. The crepe was very light in texture and the pumpkin was so tasty! The second one I tried was Chicken Pesto with cheese and avocado on the OG plain crepe, sooo yummy.
Although there was a line for the FREE Crepes, it moved fairly quickly and was definitely worth the wait.
I went a second time, and again, they did not disappoint. They were offering a special of the day which was a Speculoos crepe filling. It had this cookie butter spread with bananas, marshmallows, strawberries and even little bits of Speculoos cookies! I had it paired with the Chocolate crepe batter made with Abuelita Mexican chocolate. I expected it to be very sweet but it was a nice balance of warm filling, crunchy cookies and fresh fruit. I have to say, another favorite and even though it was pretty big, I had no trouble finishing it myself :)
I can't wait to try more of their unique flavors. They give you a few options of each: Batter flavor, sweet filling, and savory filling. So it's also up to you what you can come up with! -
