This is exactly the place where one needs a zero rating. Called and the person on the other end just could not be bothered. "Check out my website" was the canned answer and that was that. Is this guy REALLY in business?

No... seriously. This is almost a joke. This guy is SOOO rude. You almost think for a second there must be a hidden camera. You almost should try and call to see for yourself. But then again, that's why he never answers his calls. You have to leave a message and he will call you back. LITTERALLY the rudest person I have ever spoken to. And he runs a business. What a JOKE!!
By the way... they don't even deserve 1 star. -

If I could give no Stars or Negative I would. I work for a kids restaurant that books parties every day of the week. I was calling for multiple parties and bookings of characters that would bring in A LOT of money for him, but he justs hung up on me. He never answers and then when he calls you back he says just check the website and hung up. He is a joke. They dont deserve one star. Shame for him. Advise, don't use this company.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! I would not let this guy anywhere near my child nor our friends' children. Like others who've reviewed him, I asked a couple of simple questions to get a feel for him, and he directs me to his website and tells me that I'm wasting his TIME??? Is he looking to kill his business? THIS CLOWN IS ON SERIOUS CRACK!!! I'm looking for someone else that I feel comfortable having children entertained by. He thinks his cheap pricing will get him business, but BUYER BEWARE: cheap does not necessarily equate to quality. What's FUNNY is that he has NOT ONE good review....

If giving zero stars were an option, this place would be in the negatives. You call a place with all these positive intentions to give a friend a birthday surprise but the only feedback given immediately from this company is negative. I wish I would have told the rude gentlman on the phone to go "F" himself. I hope " Aaron's happy kids and entertainment" DROWNS in this harsh economy. I would not give them one cent of my money, EVER! Rude, rude, rude!

Same story as with everyone else here - rude phone call with the guy hanging up on me. I realize that working with kids is stressful. That's why I don't work with them, nor should this guy!
