Review from Anna L.
First of all, let me start off by saying that I am NOT a vintage shopper. All of the digging, and the dust, and the rude hipsters...not for me.
But - A Little Wicked is AWESOME. I always walk by and they always have the cutest stuff in the window (and I often miss out on buying it). So I finally had some free time and decided to stop in. It was a beautiful Saturday, the store was buzzing, Sammy was offering mimosas to everyone (yes please!) and there was good music playing.
She listened to what I wanted and liked, helped me pick out a few things, was so friendly and nice, and took my email and notes on other things I was looking for in case she got something similar in. I walked away with two adorable pieces and feeling great about the experience. Definitely going to stop back here more often! I love supporting a friendly place with a nicely curated selection. -

This a great store for colorful vintage finds. Bianca graciously handpicked a few dresses and gave me her honest opinion about each one. When I found something I thought was great, there were also a few alterations that needed to be done. No problem! They were completed in house in less than 24 hours. I would recommend this little vintage gem to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind find for all price ranges. Can't wait to go back!

Love this place! I've only met one of the gals that run it, but she is super sweet. She's great at predicting what I like and what will fit me well, plus she's quick to offer you a glass of champagne, and to pour refills. And she's given me discounts when I buy a few things, plus she will point out any sun damage or stains if a garment has any, so there's no way you'll be surprised by damage when you get the piece home. Since she's offered me discounts I imagine they might be willing to haggle a bit here too. Their prices are not thrift store low, but they're not nearly as high as a lot of the East Village vintage stores, and their clothing is all well chosen, you never have to dig through a bunch of crap to find the good stuff. Overall, pretty much my favourite vintage store in the city.

I am not a boutique shopper. I'm just way too intimated by the whole culture of going into pretentious little shops and pretending that I'm cool enough to be there and then trying to find a dress that fits. Honestly, I never even get that far into the process, because the minute I see a price tag over $200, I run for refuge at H&M and end up buying a dress that literally falls apart the first time I wear it in public.
In spite of this, I decided to go into A Little Wicked yesterday because it was nice out, and when it's nice out, I *need* to buy dresses. As soon as I walked in, I did my price-tag check routine, and not only was the first dress I looked at super cute, it was also only $75 dollars and had a tag on it that said "Be a Georgia Peach!" They had me immediately.
So, besides just wanting a new dress, I actually needed something to wear for my upcoming college graduation and two weddings. I don't usually respond with a real answer when people ask me if I need help shopping, but when Bianca (the store owner?) asked me if she could assist me, the word "Yes" magically floated out of my mouth. She picked out a bunch of adorable dresses and let me to the fitting room.
You guys, these dresses were adorable, high quality, and I tried on 8, with each one being $100 or less. Two women were working there besides Bianca, I only remember one of their names, Robyn (Sorry, other person! You were also really nice!), and they were all so awesome and even gave me wine!
I ended up buying two dresses, one of which Bianca lowered the price on because I was being indecisive and couldn't really afford unless it was cheaper. This place is a fucking gem in the LES sea of boutiques. I looked at my receipt after I left, and Bianca had written the garments as "Awesome Flower Dress" and a "Kick Ass Flower Dress." My thoughts exactly! -

I LOVE this place and i LOVE the owners. The owners are two sweet darling sisters from Texas with a rad sense of fashion. I love their vintage selection of shoes, skirts, scarves, clutches, etc. etc. etc! Every time I'm in here I feel like Ariel in awe of gadgets and gizmos and I WANT MOORRRE!
Everything here is perfectly restored- so no worries about purchasing damaged or dirty vintage goods. A lot of vintage shops in NYC are way over priced but the owners do a good job in offering quality pieces for reasonable prices. -

I'm in LOVE with this shop. I'm a newbie at thrifting and I really love how clean and organized everything is. The sales gals are super friendly (but not overly pushy) and really showed me how to incorporate vintage pieces in to my collection. Also, the price point is pretty well ranging from expensive to totally affordable. I've been back twice already and can't wait to check it out again!

Cool, down-to-earth owners with fab taste--sisters! Wine. Chocolate on occasion. The last time I stopped by, I scored a cute cream-colored sweater vest and a beautiful jumper that's super unique. Love! Definitely check it out for great vintage finds minus the digging through piles of ugly, unwearable frocks...

I really love living near A Little Wicked. Since I'm not a huge buyer (although I do love to shop, I just don't like spending money), I usually just gaze lovingly at their window displays, which are always gorgeous. The two times I've actually walked in the store, I've bought something because everything they have is so perfect. The first was an awesome green leather bag that I've gotten compliments on every time I wear it and the second was just yesterday, when I bought a long skirt that I'm going to wear as a dress. It's fantastic. It has lizards on it. I know you're jealous, so stop reading and go stop by this awesome gem!

Really well curated shop run by two sisters. They are spunky and write little messages on each piece, for example "this shirt is hot", or "its a jungle in there". I bought a pair on mondrian printed vintage heels for $20 dollars. Really well priced and selected store. It also doesn't stink like used clothing which is always a plus.

One of the best Vintage spots in NYC. The owners are amazing - sweet, knowledgeable and SO cute! The clothes are fab and the prices are fair, even for this financially strapped fashionista :)

Having visited so many vintage stores in the city only to walk out disappointed, i came across this gem and actually found fabulous clothes at reasonable prices. The clothes are reworked into fun and chic designs. The owners (two sister) are super friendly and helpful. The store has an incredible vibe that is warm and welcoming. If you are looking for a unique and totally groovy outfit- this is the place. They also offer workshops and other evening events which are just too delish.
