Doncha just hate it when dessert people get all uppity, and try to add all the wangdoodles, hornswogglers, snozzwangers, and vermicious knids they can shake a stick at? The "product" ends up being something you don't even recognize, much less want to try!
Well with A Little Nosh, they make sweet and deliciously comforting desserts, and they DO IT RIGHT!!! I crept on them at the Brentwood Farmer's Market, a market much better than Santa Monica Blvd./Purdue, but not as good as Main Street, and fell in love.
I got chocolate ruggelah and chocolate cinnamon mandel bread, the cornerstone of Jewish desserts :) They were just like my grandmothers used to make, and priced perfectly. For $5 I got a huge back of ruggelah that I shared with a few friends and my parents, and STILL had leftovers, which I donated to the Hungry Coworkers Fund.
I love A Little Nosh, and you will too. And if you don't, then you're full of meshugenah! -

I have ordered and eaten pretty much everything that A Little Nosh bakes -- from the amazing mandelbrot to the unbelievable dark chocolate chip cake and I can safely say that these are my favorite sweets available anywhere.
Do yourself a favor and order some desserts immediately. You will not regret it. -

I am a regular at the Brentwood Sunday Farmers Market, where I see Cindy and her amazing cakes, cookies and treats each week. I am continuously blown away by how delicious these are. Cindy, you are a genius! I think these are the best desserts I have ever eaten. I am usually not a carrot cake fan, but the ones from A Little Nosh are just exceptional, and demonstrate the baker's skill. The chocolate chip cookies are unique and exceptional, managing to be unbelievably moist with the perfect amount of chewiness. Cindy is modest, sweet and rightfully proud of her desserts. Try this out to experience the best baked goods in all of LA. A total gem.
