I have never actually bought anything here, but they do have a good selection of cards, journals, and little giftie-type things, like keychains and novelty pencils.
My friend came across a collection of keychains that had a hand shaped like each letter of the ASL alphabet, and had to buy one because apparently the letter 't,' I believe, is the Ukranian equivalent of the finger. The store was worth the visit just to learn that little tidbit of info.
