Is there a no star option? I wish!
I waited for an hour for a cab to come no show and no call! My husband missed class and when I called to ask what happened the guy just told me that he lost my number, no sorry or anything!

I used Friendly Cab as my usual taxi service when I lived in Flagstaff. They took the shortest routes, were fast, efficient, and... friendly. This summer I realized that I still have their number memorized.
During my last visit to Flagstaff, however, I encountered:
Ring, ring, ring.
"Welcome to Friendly Cab"
"Yes, I'd like a pick up at--"
"You and everyone else."
Click.
I'd never had a taxi company hang up on me. We decided to walk. -

We called this company Friday evening to schedule a Saturday afternoon pickup. They never showed. Don't use them!

I avoid and would recommend avoiding this company like the plague. To add to our experiences, the other night my girlfriend and I decide to get a cab ride home. We find a cab, unfortunately it's "Friendly". Oh well, we get in give directions, cab doesn't even start the timer until pointing in the right direction! Amazing, usually the timers running already. So he gets there fast with less than 5$ tab (usually 7-9 how they drive). Amazing, right? Give a big tip (best ride ever). Get inside, and now my girlfriend notices her skin is burning. What?! There's a huge bleach stain on her pants. Ruined her favorite pants and caused a chemical burn. She calls the cab company so they can warn the driver. And the operator was a complete idiot, and thought we had left a bottle of bleach in the cab. What turned to be the best Friendly has to offer, ended up as the worst cab ride ever.

Worst cab service ever! After waiting for 2 hours, and still not getting a cab, we try calling, but do not get a response for over an hour. The operator was a complete jerk. Please no one use this cab service, it would be beneficial to everyone if we put this cab service out of business in our city. SAY NO TO FRIENDLY CAB!
