I would recommend A Closer Look to anyone that needs a good home inspection.
Sean has a wealth of knowledge and is extremely detail orientated. If you want a quality inspection, I would recommend you give Sean O'Rear a call. -

History
Established in 2003
When I moved to Springfield, my father and I started renovating and flipping houses. This is something we have done since I was 10 years old, but in Springfield we couldn't seem to find a home inspection company that we thought was stellar. That is why we started a CLOSER look, inc. We designed this service to be the best offering anywhere, and in a way that facilitates accurate and understandable information to our clients and to their real estate agents.
We have received countless praises to our service since 2003 and we look forward to adding you to our large list of satisfied customers.
Meet the Business Owner: Sean O.
I graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Microbiology in 2002. Shortly afterwards I attended the Midwest Inspectors Institute for education as a Home Inspector. I have been active in the home inspection industry since and take great pride in my business.
I have a wife, daughter, and two sons of whom I am very proud. When I am not at school functions (of which there seem to be many ;), I play the guitar, build web pages, and bike around town. My newest achievement is being named as the Marketing Coordinator of my BNI chapter, (417) Business Builders.
