I am a huge critic of dry cleaners (I've tried almost all of them in CH) and A Cleaner World meets my expectations!
I gave them a solid, beautiful, green silk dress to dry clean that had been doused in olive oil at an Italian restaurant. They got the entire spot out. I don't care about their prices, because if it means my clothes remain wearable, I'll pay any (reasonable) price. -

A Cleaner World did do right by me after all. Shortly after I posted my review on here, one of the people from corporate called and said they would have a check waiting for me that afternoon. I appreciate the fact that the company recognized the error and made an effort to make it better by reimbursing me for the shirts.

I am a performer and juggler with a flame resistant wardrobe. I often use fire in my acts and need special care and handling so the finish is not removed. I trust this dry cleaners to make sure that I stay safe and my outfit is clean and tidy. They do a wonderful job of pressing as well.

At the end of every winter, I take all of my sweaters to be dry cleaned. My previous dry cleaner had closed, so I chose to try Carolina Cleaners instead. I had a coupon that was not expired, but they would not honor it. When I asked why, they could not provide a reason, but with 20 sweaters in hand, I wasn't going to go anywhere else. When I finally picked up my sweaters, two of them appeared as if they had not been cleaned at all, and the price was $10 more than expected. I'd recommend trying another cleaner in the area before this location of Carolina Cleaners.
