I have bought furniture on several occasions from Bedderbuy and have only had the best of experiences. Sonia has always been over the top accommodating and in her recommendations for what I am looking for. While the store itself doesn't show alot of the furniture I was able to give her a description if what I was looking for in the bedroom and in the living room in which she promptly emailed me a list of suggestions the very next day. She even threw around some ideas that I wouldn't have thought about on my end. Everything was assembled and delivered to me on time and I was very happy with the whole experience. Recently my boyfriend and I visited the store to purchase what Bedderbuy is known for, a mattress, and not realizing it we arrived at closing time. Sonia said that she would stay as long as we liked and we even had a private showing and demonstration. Her level of customer service and knowledge definitely contribute to my 5 stars. I've already recommended several friends and coworkers to Bedderbuy because as their name it entails that what's they truly stand for.

great customer service !!!
They were the first place that I went to, to purchase a new mattress, no pressure at all !!!
The prices are very reasonable and definitely within a college students' budget, so all college kids should come here if you want a reasonably priced mattress. I bought a twin sized mattress at around 1 pm and it was delivered the same day at 6:30, I doubt if I had gone to other bedding stores the delivery time would have been so quick and efficient.

What a cool place.
I'm a first-time shopper at A Bedder Buy. My first impressions:
- The owners and staff are personal and seem like real people. I needed a new bed and mattress and called a number of places before ABB. The answers I got were impersonal and indifferent. But ABB was different and it's almost like talking to friends and not to drones. Which brings me to...
- No pressure. Phenomenal! I came in, asked for mattresses that matched my criteria, they showed me, I asked some questions, they answered them, and that was it. Super straightforward.
- Easy. I love it. I was in and out pretty quickly. I value my time and appreciate people who respect it.
- Good price. ABB has mattresses (and furniture, by the way) at different price points and I think I got a fair deal.
- Return shopper? Most likely. I'll go through my place and upgrade some other furniture, as well.

Well I searching for a bed frame for my bed so I read reviews and came into this place. There was nothing to my liking in there and the valley girl working there didn't seem to understand that all i wanted to do was leave she was annoying and pushy as Hell I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone ever. The girl in the pink shirt in the photos is annoying as fuck.

This is as good as it gets for both prices and customer service. We bought our sons bunk beds from Bedder Buy in 2007 and they gave our family an incredible deal and even upgraded the mattress' to the child's Simmons brand. These bunk beds have gone Where The Wild Things Are and back with nary a mark on them. Fantastic quality and a great price, who can beat that?
Our family also just purchased a family room set from them in September 2009 and while we did our due diligence and searched several stores as well as online, once again Bedder Buy had the best deal there was as well as superlative customer service.
Save time and save money, go to Bedder Buy Discount Outlet FIRST! -

I live just down the street from this place and NEVER would have considered stepping foot inside. It just looks way too salesy, and I pictured them having dingy furniture inside. If it wasn't for Yelp, I would've gone elsewhere. But because of its consistent 5 star reviews, and the fact that I had no excuse not to go because it was in walking distance, I had to check it out.
So thankful I did! Karen was the first salesperson to help us and she was so friendly and helpful. She helped narrow things down for us really quickly, but didn't pressure us into buying. We left to check out another place before committing and the 2nd place we went to paled in comparison in terms of service and offering. So I headed back to Bedder Buy - they have a broader range of options from low to high, regular mattresses to memory foam.
Karen has left for the day, so I was helped by Chris. I got the most stupendous deal, I absolutely knew that it was such a steal there was no way I would get a better offer elsewhere. So I was sold, and asked when I could get it delivered - they came the same day :) The whole experience was so super easy, I was incredibly happy!

They were able to price match which was nice. The quality was also nice. The delivery guy was also nice. Only problem for me was the BS in between. I scheduled a delivery date for my new bed....THEY DON"T SHOW! mind you, it's a four hour window on a weekend when I had to be at work. No phone call, no, we can't make it, nothing. I called Sonia, and we agreed that she would call me first thing on Sunday and find out WTF happened. Noon rolls around on Sunday, and still no phone call from Sonia...I call the store and I guess the owner picks up...he takes care of the situation and all it well...My bed arrives, without the head board (but we already knew this), it would take two weeks to arrive. Two weeks roll by, and still no head board. I call Sonia...or maybe she called me to tell me it's going to take anoterh 2 weeks...what the!?!? She had assured me it would be here no later than two weeks, and now this!!! Luckily, the head board did come in after the first two weeks so the overall experience was not so bad...but, it did leave a bad taste. I love my bed, as does the wife...but the back and forth, and the missed delivery without any real apologies...that I can do without. I would cautiously recommend this place... just be ready for anything.
