When planning our wedding, my then-girlfriend and I seemed to have hit an impasse.  I wanted classical music with a violinist; she wanted people bouncing around on the dance floor with a DJ.  Then we found A Beautiful Violin, and we both got what we were looking for.

A Beautiful Violin comprises Tibor, a DJ, violinist, and all around entertainer, and Yelena, a pianist.  They're a very experienced duo.  During dinner Tibor made the rounds of the tables with his violin, expertly playing Italian music for my Italian family and Irish music for her family while Yelena played the piano.  He was very engaging; people really got into the music, and he even coaxed my aunt into singing O Sole Mio (who knew she had such an operatic voice?  I should Yelp her too).

Once dinner was over Tibor fired up the DJ equipment.  He is very good at keeping people up and dancing on the dance floor.  Even my mother, who was suffering from a pinched nerve, was up and dancing almost the whole time (she might regret that in the morning).  

Everyone agreed that the party was great fun, and Tibor and Yelena were in large part responsible for it.  I'd strongly recommend them.

A Beautiful Violin is a very talented duo consisting of violinist, Tibor, and pianist, Yelena. I am so glad that we hired them for our wedding. Tibor and Yelena were musicians for our ceremony and Tibor was the DJ/MC for our reception. His crowd pleasing performance of his unique violin skills received many compliments from our guests. He was able to get some of the crowd dancing on the floor with his DJ skills. It would have been better if they update some of their older equipments since they're a tad outdated. Other than that, they did a good job!
