Secretly the best ribs in STL!!!
Not only does Steve have the best flavored ribs from open range cows in his shop, during spring you can get ready for some of the best tasting veggies he grows himself.
I was shocked to find he grows and sells Philippine Watermelon (AKA White or Yellow Watermelon)
You can buy delicious quality cut meats from him too, yes this stuff is aged to perfection and all cut with a knife, not with a machine!
On Wednesdays he does his whole rack of ribs and a whole chicken (organic not caged) for only 18bucks.
From what I hear, he has won several contests including 1st place in KC Rib Fest and took 2nd Place in this years State Fair. His ribs are not dry, they come smothered in sauce so get ready for some wet wipes and a hand full of paper towels. Oh yea, he has one different events for best tasting vegtables too.
He'll be shutting down his new store after December until the produce starts again, but there is still way to contact him for catering orders and buying smoked ribs.
Take in mind this is just a small produce market not a restaurant that you can come into, although in the spring/summer he does have a large patio area where you can enjoy some of his delicious delicatessens while he is outside smokin' them meats.

The ribs and chicken is now $20 but still way worth it and a amasing deal!the ribs are probaly the best around as well as the chicken!Also have had the filet mignon(melts in your mouth).And the the ny strip,wonderful as well!pasta salad was pretty good and highly recomended.
