Great Service! I would highly recomend A & P for carpet cleaning services.

The guy showed up on time and cleaned the carpet to the level of perfection. There were some stains on the carpet and the A & P guy used some stain remover to clean the stains and then steam washed the carpet. I'm very happy with the service.

Not even two weeks has gone by since we got our lab puppy Kobe (like the steak!) and I can't help but say how hard it is house training. I knew the carpets needed major cleaning and moreso when someone said it smelled like pee in the house. Given that the carpet is like more than 9 years old, I was shocked to see that most of the stains were gone. Even the ones caused by the good old drunken party days, the oops my drink fell and the ones that were either by my nephew or my clumsy brother (or was it me) were pretty much gone. But the one that shocked me the most was this stain caused by a drink that fell between this counter thing we have the pushed against the couch where a drink must have spilled and we knew nothing about it until one day we decided to vacuum under the couch. Who knew how long that was there? But it's gone now. The house smells nice again, and I hope and pray to keep it that way. Wish me luck training Kobe to go potty outside. If not, I'm definitely giving these guys a call.

Oh, I had to knock off 1 star because they were not prompt. My appointment was for sometime between 8-9am and they came at 8:50am. Granted they were in the specified time frame, but when I initially made the appointment I did say that I'd prefer them to come early since I would be heading to work. And when they called to confirm the appointment, I did ask when they would be here and told them again I'd prefer more towards 8, the woman said she make a note of it. Maybe I was just being bitchy since I'm not a morning person and didn't have my coffee yet. But come on now...right?

I accidentaly used "Premier Carpet Care" the last time I had my carpets cleaned.  Unfortunately I didn't know about this website at the time.  I found out from this website that they Bait-and-Switch all of their clients and there was a 7 on your side segment about this company about how they scam their customers.  After such a bad experience I did my research beforehand.  I found out that A&P has good reviews on three separate websites like ServiceMagic and ValueStar to name two of them.  I made an appointment with A&P and before they finished the job I decided they'll be my cleaners from now on.  Thought I should share something positive since people generaly only leave reviews about bad experiences.

- 04/04/08 I used this company a second time and they did such a great job I decided to dust off the old yelp account.
