  I love these guys. My car always looks absolutely amazing when they are done with it - I have honestly never seen such attention to detail. When I bought my car (brand new, 8 miles) it wasn't as clean as it is when they are done with it. Also, they are really nice and I never have to wait too long for an appointment. Pricing is very reasonable too.

  They did not show up for the scheduled appointment and they have not responded to my multiple calls.  I cannot recommend.

  I get a better wash from the cheap place on Broadway, or any decent drive through car wash at 1/4 of the price. My windsheild was worse when they finished then they began. Not only did they not clean the outside, whatever they used to clean the dash was all over the inside of my windsheild. They missed several spots on the outside, didn't clean the side view mirrors. Basically, they did a $10 job. Save yourself money and go elsewhere.

  sorry to hear that. i know we had mention that the car was not FAST TRACK material, suggesting a detail was in order your reply was yes i know it needs it. we had done some extras for you,  to make it look good. i know it had rain and we had waited to re wipe it down also having problems with thing's in the car in the way of the cleaning. you had said everything looked good and then we left. we would had perfer you to look things over more so we could of fixed them right then and there rather then to hear about it now. if we can do anything to make it up to you please let adam know he well make it right. we are in business to get business not lose it we want people to be happy and yes a fast track is what you would get for 20 bucks at a car wash we just bring it to your home.  
  Fast Track Detail $55 and up
  Wash,Spray Wax,Vaccum Foolrs and Seats,Light Wipe Down of Interior And Shine to the Dash,Tires.
  Once A week 35  
  Bi Weekly 45
  Once a Month and therfore after that 55

  Horrible horrible customer service.  I bought a groupon to try them out, and scheduled my appointment.  They did not show up, and when I called to complain I was offered my service made up plus an additional free service since they wasted over an hour of my time sitting there.  The manager then told me when I called he wasnt going to honor that promise.  They finally made it out to clean my car, and did a below average job.  My car still had dirty spots and was not properly taken care of.  I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

  You had canceled your first appointment which we gladly rescheduled, and catered to your needs made your appointment between 5-6 and when called to tell you that we were to be their at six you had left. there are no managers at a&j to promise  anything we never give away anything and no one can  ever say that without my permission my guy was right next to me listening to you and did not promise you that. I willing honor your groupon knowing you where still going to complian no matter what we did so we did your car but that just was not good enough. you theratened me about bbb and complaining to groupon and i still made sure we cleaned your car knowing you where going to complain no matter what. so thank you for being dishonest. we create vaules here at a&j and provide jobs in a weak ecomomy and people like you just destroy that and have no care for anyone like that. we  gave you a free wax job for the inconvenience but as we were talking you just hung up your phone up on me. we have serviced over 2000 cars and have you to thank for a bad complaint that is false
