If you own Whirlpool appliances then you should know that A&E Factory Service is their primay service vendor for all warranty issues.
In my experience these guys have been horrible and absolutely should not be used to service your Whirlpool appliances. When contacting Whirlpool, ask for other local vendors telling them specifically that you do not want to use A&E Factory Service.
Do a google search on A&E Factory service and you will see multiple postings on horrible customer service.
