Citrus Heights, CA 95611 (800) 905-9505The most idiotic and confusing service company I have ever dealt with. They dont communicate with each other. They charge way too much, technicians need to go back to school. A simple washer repair under warranty turned into a nightmare by these people. Home office doesnt know what technicians are doing, customer service people think they dont need to help you and are "put out" by your questions. Terrible terrible terrible, dont use them, better yet just dont buy the products they service, because if you do, they will screw you big time. Cant say enough about how bad these guys are. If you know whats good fo you, fix it yourself...you'd have a better chance at fixing it. Thy dont know their Asses from a hole in the ground..
In a nutshell - don't use these people! If you do a search forthem on the Web, you will immedaitely see why. You will find nothing but complaints. They are apparently the authorized repair agent for Sears. Fisher-Paykel will refer you to them as for service too - turn them down - ask them for somebody else,
They took a week to show up to to repair the dishwasher and, despite being informed previously of the problem and the solution (by Fisher-Paykel), they showed up without the $5 part.
The bloke was dissing Fisher-Paykel products as he came in the door. He ran the dishwasher and said, "yep - it's broken, that will be $72". Apparently, the next steps are that the A&E would order the part (at a premium, of course), then, when the part arrived, we would call A&E and schedule another appointment (another week later), and another $130 or so would be billed.
Apparently, this a common experience, well documented across the internet.
Forget these guys - what a rip off.
Go with, say, Bay Area Appliance instead.
Go with anyone else instead.
Just GO - and don't look back!

Quick and easy appointment system with Saturday hours. Tech was thorough and explained the issue with our ice maker. Part was available on site and fixed in less than hour. Very friendly, tech even gave us some additional advice on keeping the refrigerator running smoothly. Highly recommend!!
