I had a problem with my vehicle... took it in for a quick check up to see what was going on. A gentleman named Greg kindly helped me and said exactly what the problem was within 10 minutes! He gave me a reasonable quote and had it repaired within 2-3 days.
Till now I have no problems with my vehicle. If for any chance I incounter anything, I will deff. take it to the right place to get it fixed... A&B Auto Repair.
Ask for Greg... hes really nice and knowledgable!

I'm 41 years old and this was one of the worst experiences at an auto repair location I've ever had. A simple fix turned into an all day fiasco. I was advised by the AAA truck driver to divert to this location instead of the dealership and suggested by the AAA dispatch. I drive a Prius and the 12v battery was possibly dead (can only be purchased via Toyota). There is possibly an inappropriate connection between teh driver and the owner of this shop. I was dropped off and told I had to pay an $85 diagnostic fee to get my car checked. I was also treated very rudely upon arrival. The owner was obviously hoping it was the alternator and rudely questioned me about it. I told him he'd have to use that money to find out but both myself and the first AAA battery truck driver agreed it was the battery.
Two hours later I was called and told it was indeed the 12v battery that needed replacing "at least." and that would take several more hours. 6 hours later and nearly $300 in debt to this shop the owner "forgot" how to apply the AAA discount properly and I had to do the math for him. He was consistently rude during the entire process. Also for some reason they tossed the entire contents of the back area of my car into the back seat and created chaos when I had to retrieve the car and load my child into the back seat. I would not ever use this shop again. I regret letting the AAA driver talk me into changing the plan to go to the dealer. -

why cant we give negative stars?
if i could, id give these morons negative infinity.
our car starts smoking while on the 134 west exit cahuenga & we call AAA so they take us here.
the kardashian clan repaired some type of hose $200 then tell us the head gaskets cracked & they can fix it for $1500. so we leave w/o a receipt.. why? because they insisted we return 2 days later to pic it up! why no receipt upon payment ?
so we decide to take it to our normal mechanic (cortez auto in highland park,) & they say its fine. runs great!
so were still not satisfied & so we take it to a 3rd mechanic (ford in glendale.. awesome smart mechanic. stay tuned for that yelp) who says.................. it works fine.
so to sum up our experience at a & b auto in noho.. theyre a bunch of rookies w/ severe frontal lobe damage who do not like to give out reciepts when you purchase their services. -

Worst auto place I've ever gone to. They repaired my car but didn't fix it correctly so it was practically unable to drive. They say its a AAA certified shop but AAA needs to reconsider I brought it back to the shop to state the problem and the owner didn't listen. He was blaming me for their mistakes saying I got it messed with another shop after them. I never went anywhere else. This place needs to get shut down!!!!!
