I NEVER received any receipt from them like he states. And I'm pretty sure this shady guy would send you a photo shopped copy so he does not look so bad.
Another thing to note..... The positive ratings his "friends" gave this business to up his yelp ratings soon after my bad rating.
My rating on 5-6-11 then he has 4 (5 star) reviews on the May 11th

This is more of a jewelry packaging and tool store. No beads or stones. I was looking for beads so I got a surprise. They seemed to have good prices on boxes though.

-I was in a store, on the phone, shopping taking my time looking at everything. It was a great day, I needed a box to ship my neckace out as soon as possible and shopped here plenty of times. Instead of getting one box and have to come back, I decided to put the single box back on the shelf. I grabbed 5 pack and went to pay, the rude owner charges me double. I ask why and he says for the extra item you have in your bag. I am inside the store and the security guard who is the rudest guy Insisted I had the single box in my purse. I opened my bag on the glass counter and nothing but my Prada wallet and $400 iphone fell out. If you want to be accused of stealing inside a store you frequently shop at, I would stay clear from A&A Jewelry Supply . Better Business Bureau has been contacted as well
I would go to Bella Findings just a block away on 7th. Great customer service and THE SAME SUPPLIES atCHEAPER COST.

I have been buying jewelry findings from A&A Jewelry Supply in St Vincent's Jewelry Plaza for more than 8 years. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and helpful with suggestions. I recently needed to go to their main store on 6th for displays and packaging. I had a great experience there also. Allen helped me order hot stamped suede bags with the logo of my new company. He was so helpful and had such great follow through via email. I received a phone call to tell me that my order was ready. Since this was unchartered territory for me, I appreciated his expertise and suggestions. I like the professionalism at A&A. Good place to go to get what you need for your business!

Ok, where to start. I have been dealing with A&A Jewelry for the better part of 10 years now and I honestly can't imagine shopping anywhere else. As far as selection and price goes, they can't be beat. The staff is extremely helpful if I am looking for a specific item and if there ever was an item that they didn't have (it happened only 2 times with me) they bent over backwards to find it for me as well as still being able to get it for me cheaper than I could myself. I would recommend this store to anyone who is in the jewelry business.

Great staff, I but all my displays from them. I shop there about 2-3 times a week. Have been to other similar places, but they never have what i need, A&A always has what I need AND in stock when I need it!

I went here for some displays because a friend of mine told me they had a good selection. Little did I know, they literally have everything you can possibly need! I usually buy my supplies from various places, but it was nice to find a store that carries pretty much everything, and they have really competitive pricing too, WHICH IS NICE! I have been back 5 times already within the last 2 weeks. I highly recommend this store.

Went here for 14k gold and sterling silver earring backs to replace ones containing allergy-provoking nickel. Inexpensive. Two locations on same block. Stocks jewelry cleaner, beading supplies etc.
