I posted this originally in July 2008. Just today, I got a thank you email from A-1. I decided to be a good sport and delete my post and then I remembered that I don't really care. So here it is again...

This company moved our office from Lewisville to Highland Village. The account manager came out and was very professional saying we would get a certain level of service and it would be a seamless move, especially with the hardware in the warehouse, which they have a system to keep everything in line and orderly.
Well...
The movers arrived and didn't know their foot from their hand. They destroyed expensive computer equipment and mixed up all the shelves in the warehouse (which my boss and I have to reorganize now). The offices were not put together correctly, which were based on meticulous grids of each office.
I have heard good things about this company from high-profile companies in the area that have used them...apparently those companies got the A-team...we got the D-team.
