A tenant hired these people who came in twice, but apparently did nothing since we seem to have the same problem! All I can say is I hope my tenant never pays them! USELESS

I don't know WHY people say this business has good customer service. AWFUL. I schedule service with them from 2-5. They told me the exterminator would arrive before then so the treatment would have time to dry. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND TELL ME MY APPOINTMENT WAS NEVER IN THE SYSTEM. Not only did I take time off of work, rearranged my whole day, etc., but now I still have ants. And the woman on the phone (Wendy I believe) was extremely rude to me. DO NOT USE THEM.
