Gulf insurance is an excellent broker. They work hard to get the correct policy, and premium for their customer's needs. For those of you who are unaware, there are many insurers who are no longer writing homeowners policies in Florida. My insurance company is UPC. They are one of the companies that is no longer writing policies in Florida. Gulf Insurance was able to get me an extension until May 31, 2023. Kudos to Emily at Gulf Insurance...Jim D
