He went above and beyond to save me both time and money on the repair. You feel he's on your side and makes you feel like he's a trusted friend trying to get your life back to normal as quickly as possible.

Adrian is an absolute professional. I was looking for an honest and local TV repair company and I'm so glad I came across TV-Tech's YELP reviews. I brought my TV to him and w/in a few hours he had identified the problem, repaired the issue and called to tell me my TV was ready. When I picked it up we got to talking about life and I was so impressed with his great life story. He's a great family man and a hard working, honest professional who is an expert in his trade. I can't say enough about the amazing care and service we received. Our tech arrived on time and within 24 hours of our contact. He was knowledgeable and patient and wanted us to fully understand what he showed us about operating our TV. We had formally used Geek Squad, but opted for a local company and we are just delighted. A terrific experience from start to finish and we sincerely recommend these folks.

Adrian is the definition of great customer service! I appreciate his professionalism and honesty. I called Adrian today and he provided a diagnosis over the phone saving me a trip charge and headache from trying to go through the hassle of replacing the TV screen. I was thinking about repair vs replacement and Adrian confirmed what I was dreading, he recommended that I replace my television set. He also offered for me to stop by since I was looking to replace my TV set right away- not only does he repair tv sets, he has a couple of used TV'S for sale too for those who are interested.

I called Adrian and related the problem I was having with my 60" plasma. He told he could either come to my place or take it into his shop for half the price of a house call. After dropping off the set I got a call a couple of days later saying it was fixed and I can pick it up. After I got it home and set up the same problem resurfaced where I had sound and no picture..

I called Adrian and he said bring it in and he would get to work on it right away. It turns out the replacement part he was sent from Samsung was defective and they sent him a new one. I got a call a week later to come and get my tv. He fixed it at no charge, how refreshing it is to do business with a repair person that stands behind their work. You won't be sorry having Adrian fix your TV.
