I will never use Farmer's Insurance again, particularly not this local office. This office is more concerned about collecting money then they are clearly communicating information. I was debating a renewal of a 1-year policy but never confirmed it with them. They sent me emails and left phone messages requesting payment for the second year, but NEVER indicated it was automatically renewed, nor did they provide a copy of the policy they claim was automatically renewed. Even after I requested an amendment to my address on the policy when I was considering a renewal, they failed to revise and send me the updated policy. I understood that I had never received a renewal. I only found out the auto renewal occurred when I received a debt collections notice. Now I'm dealing with contesting the debt while the office is alleging they mailed me notices they didn't, then changed the story that it was paperless and I should have seen it there. Never again.

Peter handles all my housing insurance needs. I have 4 rentals and he takes care of it. He finds the best prices and is always available to answer your questions. Also helped me with claims too and canceling existing insurance for me. He's a breeze to work with and makes me confident I'm getting what I need and a good rate. He is a landlord himself so he knows my needs.
