G Imports

I took my 2004 Volkswagen GTI 1.8T there for some general maintenance and a checkup. I also had a bad right rear wheel bearing. Graham was great, and was happy to answer my questions and discuss everything ahead of time. They took care of an oil and filter change, and did an inspection of belts, hoses and the drive train. They replaced the bad wheel bearing, and sorted out an issue with my washer reservoir hoses. The cost was reasonable, everything was completed same day, and Graham kept me posted all along. I will definitely be back next time my car needs service.

Unlike Eliza in 2010 I am taking the wife's SUBARU to Graham to get the brake fluid flushed. Yes, some vehicle maintenance schedule includes flushing the brake fluid every 30k miles. Although the fluid essentially is stagnant it does get compressed, as much as fluids like to be compressed, they can get contaminated.

Why am i surprised taking an off brand to G-Imports? Excellent workmanship, honest pricing, communication, and he took care of our 2005 GLX manual 6 cylinder (one of only 10 imported into the US) until it had over 250.000 miles on it.

Really nice, honest people. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking help with an imported car.

It's me again. Writing a second review on G Imports! Wife's 2010 BMW 328i was acting very strange smoke in the car and coming from the motor and out the exhaust with loud thumping sound in gear. It was a Friday afternoon and the car was in Mission Viejo. Called Graham to see if he could get it in. Had the car towed to him Monday morning and Tuesday afternoon he tells me it's done. All new coils and spark plugs, 2 hours labor for a very fair price actually dirt cheap when compared to a BMW dealer! G Imports will always get my business!

Known Graham for years. Only place I will take my BMW cars to. Fixes them right the first time!

Highly recommend you give them a call. Euro cars only. No "American" cars.

Ive had some pretty horrible experiences dealing with the VW dealerships (not in the LA area). Just getting them to maintain my car by their own maintenance schedule was impossible. I decided to stop paying the dealership costs and track all my maintenance services on my own.

I really appreciate the attention to detail Graham had when servicing my car. Even filled up my DEF without having me to say anything. I thought the final bill was very reasonable and fair (almost half the cost of the dealership).

Very please with out experience and service today and will be back!

My Audi is no longer under warranty so I called around to a couple of mechanics I found on yelp. Boy, did I hit the car service lottery when I called G Imports. I called to ask what they charge for brakes and 4 new tires. They had me bring my car in straight away and called me with a quote within the hour. The amount they quoted was 1/3 what the dealership quoted me. They had my car for the day and I picked it up at 5pm the same day. I kid you not...I made the inquiry, took the car in to get a quote, got the service completed and picked my car up ALL IN THE SAME DAY. It's been over a month since my car was serviced with G Imports and everything is great! I highly recommend you pay them a visit for your Import Auto needs. A+ service.

Very pleased with my initial visit and subsequent drop off. A gentleman named Scott greeted us and took the information about my vehicle and shared information about their service center.
I met Fabio who will likely look at the eurovan. He is the Eurovan specialist and is ready to take a deep dive.

YAY! After almost 2 years of my 2002 VW GTI being either finicky or just not working at all, I finally found someone who was willing (and able!) to figure out the problem and fix it. I love this car so so much and have been saving up money to get it fixed instead of having it junked like my friends and family have been urging me to do.

After dropping my car off, Graham called me with updates and to make sure I was ok with any parts he was buying. I also appreciate him taking the time to explain his thought process/game plan in troubleshooting what was wrong with my car. Once he did figure it out he explained the issue to me in detail. You can tell he loves working on these cars, as much of a headache as they can be. Thank you so much Graham! I've been using my car every day and it is running great :)
