Great service by Akin! Super friendly guy , not pushy and really wants you to have the right bed for you. Selection is nice and the price was great! We are gonna sleep good tonight!

we bought a mattress from this fantastic store in 2017 and came back again today to buy a new one. I cannot imagine buying a mattress anywhere else. the customer service is outstanding, the owner remembered us from 7 years ago and we were in and out in under an hour. We saved a huge amount and were able to get a king mattress, frame, box spring, free delivery and haul away for just over $2k!

This spot is out of the way for me, but I would certainly go back again if I needed another mattress. We had one on one service from Kris, and we felt no rush to make a decision. The prices seemed good compared to what's online. Delivery was smooth as well. We are really loving our new mattress, and I think we picked well because we really tried a lot of them... With no pressure. Thanks a bunch.

Just fyi.. there are no returns/exchanges due to covid. I got the wrong size mattress, went back 5 days after it got delivered and was informed no returns due to covid from what i was told when i came into the store. So it was time for me to get a new bed, I went shopping at another place 2 months ago, that said everything will be ready and be delivered by first week of Oct. So I waited and after many delivery attempts with incomplete items, I was fed up and decided to cancel the whole transaction.
I looked through Yelp to find businesses that were more local and reliable and found Mattress Barn. I figured that I should try my luck with buying from a smaller business. Last week I walked in, told Rick what I wanted and he showed me a few mattresses to try. The second mattress I sat on was the winner. I added a bunky board, two dreamy pillows and a mattress protector and was done in less than an hour.
"So what are you going to do after this?" Rick asked.
" I don't know, I thought finding the right mattress was going to take the whole day but you made it so easy," I laughed, "I'm glad I came here first!"
Although the business isn't one of those mega square foot inventory filled establishments, it's family owned and has a friendly environment, with an adorable black cat. Rick was so helpful, he still took the time to tell me about the products even if I already made my mind up to purchase them. He said due to covid, the mattress was probably going to take about 2 weeks, and so I waited before writing a review.
Yesterday they called me to set up a delivery time for today.
"I thought it was 2 weeks," I said to Joe, the delivery guy.
"Yeah,we have your bed ready in less than a week, we were surprised too." He said.
Delivery went smoothly. They wore masks and gloves and socially distanced.

This is our 4th purchase and we couldn't be happier. The owner is thoughtful and welcoming. He knows the products and will give the best options. The mattresses are high quality. Seriously, if you are looking to update your bedroom, start here.

We are very picky with our mattresses and were ready to upgrade to a Cal King from a Queen. We were greeted immediately! We explained to him what we were looking for and he hit the nail on the head! We ended up buying a mattress and a bed frame on monday and we were told that we would get it delivered on Saturday but they called on Thursday and said it came in already and they were ready to deliver it. The guys came right on time and set everything up! Very friendly and professional business! I highly recommend them!!

After visiting a few mattress stores for my son, he decided on a mattress sold at Mattress Barn because the mattress had the best feel when he lied down on it. Rick was very helpful. There was a 2-week lead time with the manufacturer since the mattress was made to order. Despite the prevalent supply chain issues, the mattress was ready as promised. The delivery staff was on time and very courteous. Overall Mattress Barn deserves all the positive reviews that it has received on Yelp.

Last Friday, we went looking for a bedroom set and matress. When we walked in, he greeted us, I guess the owner, then gave us a giant size catalog of all this furniture, and showed us the computer were you could navigate for more furniture sets. No prices on catalog, and he wouldn't even bother to probe more, to find out what we were looking for. Since I didn't see any interest, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, the owner said, " oh, so you didn't found $300 sets right." Disgusting person and comment! He treated us, like we couldn't afford the furniture he sells. Little did he know, we did purchase a $3,000 bedroom set, at a place where they do care about their customers, and treat them with dignity and respect!

First of all I’m glad that you guys found what you were looking for. And, I am sorry to hear you did not like your experience at Mattress Barn. Unfortunately, I do think there was a huge misunderstanding about what happened. I have been in this business for over 21 years and I always show utmost respect to my customers regardless of their budget.
That day, you came in my store with your husband I greeted you and tried to help you the best I could. You wanted to see group prices for bedroom sets. You just keep asking me about group specials and I tried to explained to you that we didn’t have (predetermined) group pricing but if you wanted to look through our catalog I would definitely give you the best price for a group. And I also show you guys our digital catalog and told you that you could see all the prices in our digital catalog and said please look through them if you had any questions I’d be happy to answer it for you.
We are not pressure sale people whatsoever. We don’t want to make our customers uncomfortable during their visit.
Also, regarding your quote, stating that I said “oh, so you didn’t found $300 sets right?” what I actually said to you was I’m sorry that you didn’t find what you were looking for. “We have over 300 different styles in our catalog”. And I said thank you for coming in and you left.
I think this was an unfortunate misunderstanding. English is my second language and as well I’m hard of hearing. I don’t know if this was a problem but I apologize if you couldn’t understand my English.
Lastly I want to say is this. Our customers always comes first here. It doesn’t matter if they spend $300 or $3000. Having happy customers is very important to me and we work hard to please them. You can probably tell that from all the reviews that we received in the past.
