I ordered two pizzas 1 large bacon/pineapple & 1 small cheese. I asked for the bacon to be crispy. They sent me 1 large ham/pineapple & 1 small cheese crispy pizza. When I called to tell them they sent me ham instead of bacon they tried to tell me I was Canadian bacon. They also told me they would refund me for the pizza and never did.

P.S. I ordered a B.L.T. The next day and it did not have Canadian bacon on it.

Never again told 20 minutes walked and waited another 20 minutes. Tried to charge me 10 bucks over, tried the no habla. Finally got my food had to finish cooking it at home a2 minute walk. Oh yeah told I had to pay extra for blue cheese when the menu says it comes with it. Lived in n. Woo for years I guess I have to go cross town for pizza now.

I would stay away from this place. Company did catering from this company. Tuna salad sandwich is just tuna and mayo. Not what I'd call a real tuna salad sandwich.

Italian sub had one piece of mortadella and a slice of provolone.

      Pictures are pretty self explanatory.

I went for the first time when i was home about a week ago. A sweet girl named Aja helped me and let me know they did in fact offer a gluten free pizza which shocked me for a small location. I was immediately sold. The pizza was good, the cheese was really good i just wish they could get the crust crisper. Other than that no complaints! When i picked up the pizza the location was clean and everyone was all smiles. I will be back!

I thought I'd try this place out today to get some lunch and dinner for myself to bring to my workplace. I haven't been in this place in years as I recall. Now I remember why. I ordered a pepper steak & cheese sub, toasted, and a large green salad with tuna with 2 house dressings. Plus a small order of wings. I arrived about 15 minutes later to pick it up. I walked in without a mask on, since I thought that this nonsense was finally all over with here in The People's Republic of Massachusetts starting today. I seen a sign on the door requiring one but I ignored it, I'm done being controlled by Big Brother, it's been over a year now, move on already.
I walked in and I was warmly greeted by, "Do you have a mask?" by the girl behind the counter. *Groan. *Sigh. She handed me one to put on before I could get my food. The bill came to over $30.00. I didn't think too much of it at the time being kind of pricey, but I chalked it up to the growing inflation under Biden. I later found out they gave me 2 salads, must have been a mistake when I requested 2 dressings. I got my food and my change. I seen a tip jar on the counter but I ignored it. I always tip when I pick up a pizza, sandwich, sub, whatever, but my new rule is, you make me wear a mask in your establishment or place of business, I turn around and walk out, or you do not get a gratuity. Your move. I stepped outside into the fresh spring air and ripped off that symbol of control off my face and tossed it to the ground outside their door.
Got to work, unwrapped my sub. Not toasted. I swear, I don't know why I even bother asking my subs to be toasted in these places, they either don't know what toasted means, or they're too lazy to do it. Took a bite. Tasty, meat was generous and of high quality. Second bite I tasted a hint of fish. They must have not cleaned the grill where they also apparently cooked some shrimp or other seafood. I don't mind surf & turf, but not mixed in together. Nasty. I forced myself to eat it since I had to get through to dinnertime with something in my stomach.
I had one of the salads later and gave the other to a co-worker. The house dressing was basically a cup full of canola oil. In the garbage it went, I got a package of dressing from the cafeteria. The tuna on top was on the dark side, which I despise, there should be rule that sub shops only use solid albacore white. Too much mayo made up the disaster, way too mushy. And what's wrong with mixing a little chopped celery in with the tuna? Give it some taste, make it tasty! The salad was your usual fast food place salad, nothing special, nothing outstanding about it, typical rabbit food fare. The wings were now cold from being in the fridge, but I like cold chicken wings. These however had way too much breading on them, the bones of some pieces were broken, like they used the reject chicken parts at the slaughterhouse, and the meat was chewy and undercooked. Another garbage pail donation.
Needless to say Lisa's Pizzeria will not be on my radar anytime in the future for takeout.

Straight up consistency with everything we have ordered so far and it has become our go-to "pizzeria" down the street, even though I've only ever had their pizza once and tend to like their calzones better. Hey, at least the pizza is authentically Italian and not that Greek crap other places try to pawn off as a pie of grease. It's nice that they have seating attached to the order area. Parking can be a bit tricky at peak times but there are some side streets you can go down nearby and only have a two minute walk if needed.

The pizzas are the best deal for the "mega" size and I feel they are a tad overpriced for the regular size. The calzones are more in line price wise and I challenge anyone to finish one in a single setting, it's been my lunch the next day at work for the most part. The homemade meatball one is spectacular even if it was a little sparse on meatball bites.

Out of everything, the onion rings here are my favorite, perfectly crispy and huge, I would expect these on a tower and paying $8+ in a restaurant for them, not half that in a paper bag when we get takeout. They also make mean subs that are massive, another great deal at Lisa's. Can't wait to try the seafood and steak tips at some point.

Cashier help can sometimes be aloof when I tend to be ignored while another local is talking their ear off and taking up the small counter space. Just a minor gripe because the manager I've dealt with is awesome and remembers us when we come back. As long as they continue making the staples well, we will return again and again.

Edit on prior review: After discussing with ownership there seemed to be a miscommunication with the first order through a delivery app. We received a gluten free pizza instead of the regular pizza originally ordered. The ownership has been great about it, offering to make up for the mistake. I appreciate the customer service and willingness to make things right. Very good second time around
