Had another awesome experience with Jenny. She was very helpful with picking out new phones. Made it a seemless process. Will be back to see her in the future.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The blonde, older employee working on 10-28-23 has the worst communication skills. From yelling across the room to another employee while seated at a table, to having the absolute worst attitude with customers when they ask for assistance. The store manager, Austin, did little to de-escalate the situation. I specifically told the employee I did not want to communicate with her further. She continued to distastefully lean over a phone display while pointing a finger and yelling at me simply since I refused to partake in a transaction with her after her crass and aggressive communication. Austin did not reprimand the horrid behavior and only apologized after he had assisted me. This type of behavior from an employee in a guest service position is unacceptable. She should be written up at the very least. In the 15 minutes, it's evident that she seems to walk all over the management, customers, and fellow co workers. I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and this is the absolute worst customer service I have received at a location across the US.

We had a tremendous experience at this AT&T store. We spent over an hour speaking with the manager, Sean. He accommodated every question, large or small. He spent time patiently explaining the finer points of our bill. The rest of the store was busy and all the customers seemed happy with their service.

The sales rep I worked with at the store was great. I am just completely disgusted with AT&T as a company and with their customer service representatives when you call in. When I call with a problem I expect help fixing that issue, but once again was told there is nothing they can do and dismissed all of my concerns and complaints. They do not feel they need to be held responsible for THEIR mistakes nor do they take ownership and try to correct them. I have been with the company for over a year, love my phone and all of that, but due to the HORRIBLE customer service, I am looking into switching providers. I'd start helping your customers with their problems instead of saying there is nothing you can do. Care about our issues with your company. This is the WORST company I have ever worked with in regards to the customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere if my concerns are not going to be addressed.

VERY VERY dissatisfied with the service I have just received from this particular store.. one of the main serviceman's ( a larger fellow without much hair) was supposed to be helping me when I walked in asking for a simple reset on my phone as the charging was not working... instead of attempting to help me in ANY sort of way he simply told me to drive 4 hours to the nearest Apple store and get help there. Not to mention how he shyly said after, "btw you're probably going to have a 3 hour wait once you get there too" I couldn't be more pissed. Luckily almost right after I left a friend of mine was able to figure out the reset herself. I would give this man the benefit of the doubt and assume he was not intellectually able to figure out this simple task.. yet considering how it looked that he had worked there for awhile, I'm going to assume he was just being rude. Overall I would NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone..

I called the ATT # for rib mountain Wi. I continued to redial for 15 min then I finally got a recording "please Waite " over and over and over for another 5 min, then a recording followed stating. "sorry your called could not be connected". The web page at this time said they would close in 18 min. The store was not yet closed. This would be a good place to start a real cell phone service.... AT&T cust service by phone really sucks. Maybe they should get a frontier land line. And cut out all the positive adds you have to listen to before they drop the phone call. Now I'm writing this review a total of 30 min of my life I'll never get back. Thanks AT&T. NOT

Att has the worst customer service. I called to get my account in my name. I waited 15 mins on the phone to finally talk to a representative. I gave her all my information. My social security number, drivers license etc. just for her to tell me she can't tell me if the account can be put in my name and I need to go to the att store to find out if I can. Complete waste of time. The only reason I want to switch it over is to get a discount from my employer which the account has to be on my name not my partners. Ridiculous. I would change services if I didn't just upgrade my phone and have a contract. I will tell anyone who asks if I like att to not use them.

I HATE AT&T's wireless service, customer service and data service.
I moved back home from Madison several years ago where I had initially signed-up for AT&T's service to get the first-generation iPhone. I did so at the Apple Store where I received great customer service. The phone worked well in Madison, so I renewed my contract prior to moving north again.
When I left Madison, I had no 3G service until I approached Wausau (about 15-miles south). I lose calls daily, and there are dozens, upon dozens of dead-spots throughout the area in which I live. While AT&T's service has improved in the Wausau metro area slightly, it remains terrible everywhere else.
When my contract was up for renewal again I visited the local AT&T retail store to voice my concerns. I went in with an open mind as I recognized that my service had improved slightly over the previous 10-months. I was told that AT&T was planning a massive expansion/upgrade of the cellular phone and data towers in the area within the next 12-18 months. I was assured that service would be dramatically improved. Finally, I was told that I could cancel my contract if I was unsatisfied with the quality of service moving forward.
These were all lies. There was no massive expansion/upgrade, service did not improve, and I was not able to cancel my contract.
Now, all that I'm waiting for the is iPhone 5 and jumping ship and going with Sprint as my friends and family who have Sprint love their service and coverage.
