Went in today to upgrade all 8 of my family's phones and the sales rep who helped me by the name of Chyna was so amazing and helpful. She had so much patience with my elderly family members who get confused quite easily and ask 100 questions. One family member was having a lot of difficulty getting into their iCloud and Chyna was right on it. I've probably written about one review on Yelp but felt the need to write a positive review. My experience was amazing due to the help of the amazing sales rep who had more patience with my family than I did.

We have been to this store multiple times. We love the service and the rsp's are very knowledgeable. I drive past other stores to come here.

I was assisted by the Manager Iris and Oyuky as they helped me problem solve a DISASTER by an in home sales rep. Iris spent two hours working with both me and AT&T customer service. She was able to set up a new account for me and save me from spending a bunch of money & time trying to resolve an issue.

Terrible service. The Salesman didn't really care. I needed to activate the new phones, but he didn't even try to tell me how to insert the new SIMM.
Didn't much care at all. Don't go there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Victoria B.CA, CA51195Oct 11, 2020

There was one person ahead of me and about ten minutes later someone came in after me. The salesperson verified I was next and then helped the person who came after me.

The most incompetent group of CS reps I've ever dealt with. I figured since this location opened around the corner from my house I might as well use them to finally make the jump from the 4s to the 7. The transaction took forever. The rep went from his iPad to another computer and from that computer to yet another computer! Even employing the help of two other employees, one of which was a supervisor, they still couldn't figure it out, claiming "system problems!"
So what the heck?!?!?! Why not just cancel out the entire transaction and start a new one?!?!?! The OG rep explained I may see two transactions on my card but not to worry, it will reverse off. Well they double charged me after over a freaking hour in the store.
So today I'm back in the store with my receipt and bank statement (all the proof I need to get a simple and quick credit). Of course once again, the two need the manager who then need to call the district manager. I'm sitting here waiting AGAIN for a transaction that would have taken Apple 15 min to complete if I had just made the 30 drive!
And while I'm waiting a lady comes in to pay her bill and it takes the rep like 25 minutes to complete a simple payment!
Never again!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I ordered some devices to arrive to MY HOUSE. Unfortunately, the 'delivered' notification that I received, made me aware that they were dropped off elsewhere, without showing the address. By calling AT&T, I found out that they were at this precise location. When I went in to pick them up, I waited behind the only other customer there. The only employee there, had poor customer-management skills. She decided to start assisting me, several feet away from her as there was already a gentleman facing a mobile issue right there, in front of her face. It wasn't even assisting, she was just poking at me asking "do you have any questions?" In the most critical way possible, as if I couldn't afford to buy from the store. After telling her what my intention was, to pick up my order, she began to ask me for personal information WHILE the customer was still standing there in the MIDDLE of his situation. It feels uncomfortable to be asked for personal information and having to holler it across the room!!! Do not ask a customer what they're name is, how they ordered or what is in they're package, etc. when it is not their turn yet. Finish your business with the present customer first. I was supposed to come in about 3 days ago, when the package got dropped off. I was out of town and then this is the kind of service I get. This woman decides to say "IIII didn't get any orders today" while looking at her computer. Hey lady, how about waiting until the first customer is done being helped, so then I can walk up to your desk, talk about my issue, and you can privately ask me for my personal information so we can resolve it together? She then continued assisting that customer, which I understand, but why bounce off between two customers, when you know you're unable to? There should also be a rule against that. It's bad enough waiting in line, but it's worth it when you get an employee's full attention, when it's finally your turn. This employee was absolutely multitasking and blending two customer issues at the same time. Besides that, she absolutely demolished my package. When she came back from the back, she was holding my opened package. She was not supposed to open it, yet that's exactly what she did. I was expecting to receive my package the way I intended for it to be MAILED TO ME. Just because a UPS guy made a mistake by leaving it at the store she works at, she took it upon herself to reveal my order. I hate when people open my mail, period. Also, while overhearing the entire dialogue between her and that customer, she further showed her bad customer service skills. Even he was getting aggravated with her. Not giving exact prices, giving incorrect information on phones, taking too long looking up information, having technical difficulties. I understand if an employee's new, but if you're new, then why would you get left a shift by yourself? Also, blue's clues was being played on the tv, none of this made sense to me.
