I research the heck out of hotels when I stay in one. I read every review I could find on the internet, check out the website and sometimes write people emails to ask questions. The situation was no different for 931 Beach and after my search we booked a room. We are SO happy that we stayed here. 931 Beach recently went through a renovation and they really did do a nice job. Going during the "off season" also gave us a bit of a price break. We stayed in the Nautilus room which did not have a balcony. This was just fine b/c the porch was perfect to sit down, have a glass of wine and read or play Scrabble. The Innkeeper was lovely and always available to to answer all questions. It was CLEAN, clean, clean and the kitchenette was a great way to save money. Also positive was that it was directly across the street from the beach. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and both my husband and I admitted that there was no reason stay anyplace else.
