911 restoration was awesome! We had a flood Friday night in our primary bathroom and they were out Saturday morning by 10 AM!
Then on Sunday we got a call from Lori who told us she was going to walk us through this entire process and be our single contact for anything that we needed!
The service was professional and very timely. Lori would always call to check on this and to give a status updates. She also did a phenomenal job of returning phone calls of the time and manner. I had a water leak in my bathroom and while the water leak was fixed adequately to the best of my knowledge, their air blower machines and/or dehumidifer that they used had made deep rust stains on my carpet. The machine sat directly on my carpet without any barriers and caused deep rust stains on my wool carpet. I had questioned if they needed any towels for their equipment, but the guy said no, so I didn't push further and let them do their job. It wasn't until they left the first day that I saw some of the stains on my carpet. I took pictures and sent it to Herb and Danny after the job was finished. Danny reached out to me and said he was going to send a cleaning company to clean it. I questioned if his cleaning company have experience with wool carpet as I have chemical sensitivities and cannot handle synthetic carpet. He wasn't sure and gave me the info to the cleaning company and I called them to ask. Now mind you, this was an issue caused by their machines and no fault of my own, I was taking time to ask the questions that they should be asking, and I was told by Herb when I spoke with him that I was being a bully and difficult with them since they already had their own cleaning company. He didn't understand or know the full story as I was in communication was Danny and yet he was being belligerent with me on the phone. This man is very unprofessional and have lost a customer for life. Danny on the other hand, I had been in communications with them regarding an estimate on a company I've found that is an expert in wool carpet cleaning and well versed in cleaning my carpet. I told him the estimated cost, and that they would be coming for an estimate this afternoon and I would like for him to give me the okay to hire them for the job. If they leave, it might take another couple of days or week before they can come out again. When I called Danny when they were here, he was MIA. Did not respond to my phone calls or texts as he usually did. He would usually say "I'm on the other line." "I'll call you back." I thought it was odd and weird that he is being unresponsive. I texted Herb and told him I was looking from Danny. I got a call back from Herb and he was completely unhelpful from the beginning, saying Danny is unavailable and giving me ultimatums about what he could do for me, which was to approve the estimate and that the cleaning company who I'm hiring needs to "bill them later." Sorry, but even I know that that is not how services work. Payment is due at the end of service. They will not accept a "bill me later." That is ridiculous and so unprofessional coming from what I thought was a reputable company. I have not heard back from Danny at this point and I still have the stains left on my carpet, that at this point is considered permanent. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this unprofessional company who does not take responsibility for their mistakes.
