From a former student's perspective:
911 is a great school to go to/send your kids to obtain a drivers lisence. It is taught by police officers--some of who are really cool (especially Bill!), others not so much. Even if you get stuck with a grumpy teacher, you're still bound to learn all the skills you need to know.
