a lot of people confuse the gardens with the common. it's actually the gardens that are the more beautiful space (in my opinion) in the city. ponds with beautiful birds, weeping willows, and flowers everywhere in the springtime...a delightful place for a romantic stroll or just to bum around w/ friends.

Coming here in the springtime is like walking into a fairy tale. With the lush greenery, perfectly arranged flowers, ducks and swans floating about the water, quaint footbridges, and water-spewing statues, it's the perfect escape from the hustle & bustle. And it's right in the very center of it all! A must see for visitors and residents alike.

A Beautiful place to get lost on a nice day. Watch swan boats, walk amongst trees, flowers, and plants. A nice place to relax if you get caught up in downtown madness.

The Public Garden is my favorite green space in Boston. It's so well kept, with seasonal plantings, manicured lawns, and beautiful lagoon. It's not quite a full escape from the city, but it is nice to enjoy on a warm afternoon.
