Milpitas, CA
WOOHOOO! i just put my raw denim 501's through a wash (not the machine, just in the tub) after wearing them for almost a year without washing, and they came out beautifully, however i had a small crotch blow out/rip/tear thing, and was afraid to wear them because it would make it worse. the people here were really friendly, and they took care of the tear, patched it, made it look brand new for 5 dollars, then said 4 dollars was ok! CHEAP AND RELIABLE! they did it in 5 minutes for me!!!
like most asian owned places though, they require a minimum fee for using ur credit card (which is illegal), so make sure u bring cash if ur paying under 15$!! -

This was my first time getting my own clothes dry cleaned. I avoid it as much as possible, but there's a first for everything. Since it was my first visit, take this review with a grain of salt because I don't have anything to compare it to. This place made my first dry cleaning experience so efficient that I just wanted to leave an informative review for anyone looking for dry cleaners.
Prices:
Dresses $6
Blazers $5
Pants $3
Jackets (peacoat) $6
Dress shirt $3
Prices are flat so for 3 pairs of pants, 2 dresses, 1 coat, 1 blazer & 1 dress shirt, it was exactly $35, which seemed extremely reasonable to me.
Turnaround:
2 days! I dropped off everything on Tuesday right before they closed and picked it up on Thursday also right before they closed, ready on the exact day they told me. My boyfriend who has been here before anticipated a 3 or 4-day turnaround so the 2-day notice was nice. He actually said he's had same-day service, too. It probably depends on types and number of garments.
Service:
I'm no expert and my clothes weren't disgusting to begin with, but my clothes seem overall fresher to me so thumbs up in that department. I had no serious stains to remove so no words on that.
The girl who helped me both times was quick and seemed friendly from what I could tell during our short encounters.
I was rushing to pick up my clothes on Thursday evening at 6:15pm. They close at 6:30pm and I was afraid they might be the type of small business to close JUUUST a little early so they could get home as soon as possible. I got there at 6:25pm and there was no sign of them moving to close up shop for the day. Yay, got to pick up my dry cleaning.
Smooth transaction all around. Give them a try.
Updated: Had to take off a star because they broke the button on my friend's blazer. I feel bad that I didn't notice this beforehand. Service and all other garments seemed to be fine, though. -

One of the best cleaners I've used. They are honest and their service is fantastic. I wish these guys would have had a chain so I could use them when I'm in North Bay.
I highly recommend this business and wish them best of luck.... -

Reasonable dry cleaning prices. $6 for coat or dress. I was quoted double at another place.
The owner was very honest about what she is able to do. She even called to inform me about a button that was missing from my coat.
They also patched the crotch rips for my J Brand jeans for $10. -

I like this place except for one thing. Sadly my brother doesn't like them because of that one thing and won't let me take his clothes there for dry cleaning or laundering ever again.
Their customer service is friendly, they let you know the price up front and keep to the deadline or target date they promised to have our clothes ready by.
Nothing was wrong with the clothing at all. Superb cleaning job, no smell.
The prices are very reasonable. Got all my garments back, nothing missing.
The only problem for us was the fact that they stapled colored number tags to our shirts, pants, etc. This is the only thing that bugs us. I do not want my clothing stapled/pierced/punctured in any abnormal manner that it wasn't meant to be. I also do not want to be picking off stapled tags when I need to throw on my work clothes and get to work.
If they could stop with the stapling of things/tags to my clothing, I would rate this place 5 stars.
The parking lot is a pain though! Be prepared to park further away and carry your clothes to the store. -

I have been coming here often due to that it is close to where I live. Recently I remodeled my place and there are a ton of saw dusts everywhere. So I took all my work clothes to them to get them all cleaned (20+ articles). However there was this one suits that I needed the very next day so I asked for just that suits dry cleaned for afternoon pickup. I showed up at 4pm and surprised to learn that they literally cleaned all the items I dropped off in the morning. The price is decent (not to mention I asked for a same-day rush on a suits). The definite plus is that they have a good customer service and pretty accurate with their timing...

Clean, quick, and friendly.
Unlike any other cleaners.
BTW, I love how there's a changing room. -

They are my favorite dry cleaners.
My wool sweaters came back smelling clean and they removed all the pills on my sweaters!
They sell a pill comb.. looks like a half-moon comb with pumice particles at the end. Works very well! I love it.
They have very reasonable rates on repairs and they've always done a great job. They couldn't repair a jacket I had because the zipper was a special size - too long and their source didn't have it.
Oh and I love that they take credit cards. -

Been going here for over a year for my dry cleaning and tailoring. Love their service. The family that owns the cleaners is very friendly and helpful. They exceed my expectations for my denim repair and customization. I've taken alot of different types of raw denim (flathead, sugar cane, nudies, apc) to get rips in my crotch, back pockets and other areas of stressed repaired. The repairs are very strong and of good quality. What really surprised me was their ability to flawlessly attach the orginial bottoms. I've been able to get many jeans with chain stitching and other sorts hemmed without a probl
They are extremely knowledgable. Any questions I have about how to take care of my clothes, they are able to answer. Also, I even get early turn around times for most services too. I highly recommend them, you'll be happy you used their service! -

Still the best service around with great pricing. And OMG they have the best repairs evaaaaarrrr. My jeans had crotch rips like I had been attacked by a rabid raccoon and they patched it up neatly and just the way I needed it. They even worked with the denim that I had provided them. 21 oz denim ain't nothing to F with and they know their clothes. They'll tell you straight up if any complications may occur or if they can't wash/clean/alter your clothing.
Triple eight wadduuppp! Loving it!1 Previous Review: Show all »

This is the only dry cleaners I ever go to. Not only do they remember who I am every time I go in or my husband goes in but they are also very friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and can do quick cleaning as well. They are very accommodating to your time schedule. I have never had a problem there ever.
They have also done alterations on cloak. They did an amazing job on it.
Would highly recommend them. -

This place is convenient, fast, and friendly. They know who I am. :)
They're not the best at ironing (all my pockets always come out wrinkly), but the cleaning and the alterations are quick and accurate.
I will keep coming back. -

This place is the best, cheap prices and fast service. The owner is pretty nice and this place is like 5 mins away from my house. I read the good reviews on yelp like a month ago, but was to lazy to go, even though its in walking distance. It was a jacket that i needed to get cleaned and i was greeted by the daughter i think and i had explained to owner that this is what i need cleaned, he said we will try our best. I dropped it of on friday afternoon and they said it would be ready by tuesday. so i went to pick it up and it looked pretty much new and the owner said we had to clean it three times in order to get the stains off. I was like cool.lol. but in the end it was only $5 bucks. so it was a good deal.

Very reasonable price and speedy services. I always drop off the shirt in the morning (before 8), and they are ready for pick up when I get off work. I still take my dry clean to them even I moved to other place.

Super disappointed with the way they handled my clothes. I have been doing business with this place for the last 4 years and today I was treated with total and utter disrespect as a customer. The first time that left me unsure of this place is when I brought all of my work clothes here and my suits to be tailored and washed. The lady that helped me was super friendly and explained everything clearly she gave me a price and even told me since I was spending close to $250.00 in dry cleaning that she wasn't going to charge me for the rest of my work shirts. Cool. 20 minutes after I leave the place I get phone call from the same person saying they made a mistake with the pricing and that she was now charging me for the shirts she offered to wash for free!! Whatever I thought, who cares I 've been going here for years. That was the first strike. Today I come to pick up a work shirt that they had to hold back for me from my original drop off. I enter the store and am greeted with a smile the lady hands me my shirt and thanks me. Right when I get into my car to hang my shirt up I see a weird rust color stain on the breast pocket. WHA? WHA? WHA? I walk back in the and ask the lady ummm there seems to be a stain on my shirt, LADY SAYS OH YOU LEFT SOMETHING IN YOUR POCKET HENCE WHY YOU HAVE THIS BIG ASS STAIN SORRY. WTF!!!! I SEE 3 ISSUES HERE
1) YOU DONT EVEN TELL ME THAT THERE WAS SOME STAIN ON MY SHIRT WHEN I COME TO PICK IT UP
2) TOOK 0 ACCOUNTABILITY AND BLAMED THE CUSTOMER!!? WHAT COULD I HAVE POSSIBLY PUT IN MY POCKET TO CREATE THIS RUST STAINED SHIRT!?
3) IF THERE WAS A SO CALLED STAIN TO BEGIN WITH DONT YOU THINK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD IDEA TO NOTIFY ME BEFORE TRYING TO WASH IT!?
NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO COME HERE...BAD BUSINESS -

Very good dry cleaning and hemming place. Got several pants hemmed from here and also dry cleaned. Very quick and decent prices. They put the clothes on hangers and wrap in plastic, which is nice. Friendly service.

My hubby has been going here for 5 years now. Even though we've moved and it's now out of the way he still continues to go weekly to drop off all his work attire. Henry and his staff always greet him with a warm smile and his prices are competitive. The most important thing is we never end up with missing clothes that were someone eaten up by the dry cleaning monster!

National City, CA
I dropped off 1 item, which they promised me by the next day. However, the item (an imitation fur blanket that I thought was too delicate to wash at home) wasn't ready for another day. Also, it came back with part of the seams torn off, so they agreed to repair it at no cost... and I had to wait another 3 days. I was really disappointed with the repair job - messy and unprofessional. I decided to bring the blanket for its next cleaning to another dry cleaner, and the guy there was kind enough to inform me that I could wash it myself using a commercial washer (laundrymat), and he was surprised that 888 Cleaners didn't tip me off but instead charged me $15 for something that I could have done myself for $4.

Used to be very good, but in the past year the quality of care has gone downhill and prices have gone up.
