Since my commute of roughly 40 miles one way is a killer on the wallet, I've been keeping my eyes open on a couple communities up and down the Peninsula in hopes of possibly finding a new place to live. Stopped in this place and found the sales staff to be very friendly but also VERY VERY pushy. Didn't like that too much. The floorplans are kick ass and the amenities are awesome... unfortunately they're condos... and I don't really see the point in purchasing a condo... it's pretty much the same as living in an apartment. :(
In the meantime.. the search continues!
