Welcome to the best garage downtown. Exits/Entrances on both 7th and 8th streets, providing easy access to I-5. Elevators located on both Pike Street and 7th Street, inside the Grand Hyatt entrance. The rows and slots are wider than most, and it's oh so warm in the winter. While it's continually being patroled by security, it has its share of break-ins during the holiday season. I've witness employees wiping down the inside of the elevators as well as mopping up spots on the concrete. It's very clean and cared for. The worst thing is that there are no stairs to take up, and the two elevators on the Pike Street side are slower than molasses and are rarely running at the same time.
If you park before 10 a.m., you can stay all day for $13. Not bad! But if you're planning to shop or run into the Cheesecake Factory for a quick bite, it will cost you at least $7 (ouch!). Check for validation. If you're a monthly customer (as I am), the garage is open to you 24-hours. -

Weird to review a parking lot, I mean all it does is sit there. However, if you're staying at the Grand Hyatt, this place offers less expensive parking than the hotel valet (although at $28 bucks a day it's certainly not cheap).
You can get in and out privileges although it's not entirely clear from the signage or from the information at the front desk. Let the attendant know that you'll be coming back. -

I had to drive around for a long time before finding a spot. BUT--- this garage's "early bird special" is good until 10 a.m., whereas most garages and lots downtown end at 9 am or 9:30.
$14 for 12 hours is not bad either, given the prime location...

We provide self parking, monthly parking, and event parking. This location is open 24/7 with an attendant on duty at all times. Garage clearance is 6"5, has 950 parking stalls including handicap. Two entry lanes till 2pm and three exit lanes till 6pm to expedite traffic flow. Garage security provided by off duty police officers and internal security staff.
