I love this place, yesterday night was my first time there and It was sooo good. I can't wait to go back! My guy friend ordered for me the Mung bean milk tea with pudding. MMmmmm.....Gosh I want some more right now !! :)

    Cons:
    - Tight parking
    - Cash only

Other than that, come and get it ! : )

By the way, it's located right next to Thach Che Hien Khanh. Also costs around $3.75 a cup.

I am actually drafting this review leaving this place. I'm sorry to say that my ratings for this place have gone down. SO MAD. I loved this place for their quality drinks, but wtf, I am a quality over quantity person, but the amount of ice that they put in here is ridiculous. I actually am outraged that I paid for ice. Been supporting them since the beginning, but if they're only thinking about the benefits for themselves and not for their customers, then I don't think I'm coming back.

Not sure if it's the new employees, but I missed the old employees/owners that were here when they first opened. Not complaining about the 2 bucks and some change, but complaining because, I am a regular, and now I just feel ripped off.

Please, please reconsider with what you do with your establishment and listen to your customers' needs, otherwise you're one customer less.

See photo for evidence. I kid you not.
    (I AM SUPER ANGRY BTW).

So today, I took my last 2 finals for the semester.. SUMMER HAS STARTED.
I thought to myself, what should I do to celebrate? To go get a mung bean milk tea of course! :D I always get the mung bean drink there.. and no matter how many times I've told myself to try something new, I'll just end up getting the mung bean milk tea anyways, LOL. My friends usually get the sunset passion, and they love it! I always see people walk out with an iced coffee or thai iced tea in hand, and I have yet to try them all. This place is very cozy and the interior is simple yet modern. I've been here when the line was down the street, but I think the wait is worth it. (though, it's difficult to find parking at times). Anyways, 7 leaves has become my go-to place for refreshing drinks :) and with summer around the corner, I'll be back a billion times more haha. Heck, I'll bring all my coworkers and friends too while I'm at it! Wish there was a frequent buyer stamp card.. since I always finish my drink before I even get out of the parking lot :[ sadness.

Oh, and yay for friendly workers! Well, specifically Dan :) See you soon 7 leaves!

I do not know where I would ever be without this small yet charming place!
Us girls needed a catch up session, some of the places we were suggestion just didn't sound all that good, I was searching around the Garden Grove area and saw Thuy T's awesome review on this place which made me want to go and check this place out ASAP!

I suggested that we all meet here for our catch up session the next day.
    Little did we know:

-The parking lot is small as heck. How small do you ask? Well small enough to be an unwilling contested in the demolition derby. Save the headache and park on the side streets. You will thank me later!

-Cafe is CASH only and has only two tables inside. There is a long bench outside but it usually taken by their smoking patrons.

With that in mind, service is friendly and with a smile. No matter how busy they are, someone is always greeting you. And this night that we all met up it was busy! Lucky I was the first to arrive and grabbed the first table by the door.

Prices are not bad here I think I paid around $ 3.50 for a drink. Make sure you get a stamp card those sucker will come in handy for a free drink!

Along the wall, they have photos of their drinks and a description of what is in it. I really like that idea. So many simple questions can be answered quickly by reading or seeing a photo.

I am a sucker for Jasmine tea and saw that they had a Sea Cream Jasmine Tea, which I ordered and was so glad that I did. I added boba for I think 50 cents extra.

A side from selling delicious drinks they also have a small selection of macrons and other assorted deserts depending on the day you go.

Since our get together, I have been back a couple of times and brought Minh along for the ride. On the last visit, I had a couple of sips of Mung Bean Milk Tea, which was good.

With teas this delicious, I might never go back to another teahouse again!

A decently priced drink place! I've only tried the 7 leaves tea + mung bean drink.

7 leaves tea is super refreshing and definitely reminds me of chrysanthemum tea, which I do surely love! If you add Grass Jelly or Boba, it makes the drink so much better! This only cost less than $3 too!

The mung bean one was okay :\ definitely not one of my favorites

It's about darn time I wrote a review for this place which has become one of my favorite tea places. I just hadn't for the longest time because I kept drinking the drinks before I could snag photos of them. Holding back on this one was difficult for me but I managed it for the sake of a review.

My favorite is their Sea Cream Jasmine tea, hands down. It's so creamy but light. The jasmine tea is naturally sweet and strong on its fragrance. Rarely do I have such a rich-tasting jasmine tea but 7 Leaves does it right. When I say it's my favorite drink, I mean so because I've had everything they have to offer. I'm not saying the others are bad but my preferred is this one.

Their Mung Bean is pretty great and creamy as well as their Sea Cream Coffee. The Sunset Passion is perfect for tartness lovers. The Black Halo and Herbal Teas are very refreshing and healthy. I think that though they have what people may put down as a small selection, they have a strong selection. It's really a place for appreciating tea rather than coming for "boba" like other tea places in the area. Also, their decor is very chic and modern. I'm looking forward to seeing this place grow even more. The only downfall is that it's cash only, and I hardly ever carry cash on me!

After hearing all the hype about this new boba place, I had to go try it out! Jasmine Sea Cream tea is okay, I didn't think it was amazing, but I've never heard of Sea Cream iced tea, reminded me of the Sea Salt Coffee from 85C. Mung Bean Milk Tea tasted exactly like the mung bean dessert my mom makes, but I'm more of a green tea type of person, it was a bit too sweet for my liking.

The interior is super tiny, not really a place to sit and chat with friends.. The parking lot is equally small as well and they have share it with 3-4 other businesses on the same strip and it's cash only!

Overall, I'd come back to try their other drinks if I'm in the neighborhood, I heard their iced coffee is pretty bomb and they also let you try samples before ordering, which is a plus!

How have I not declared my love for 7 Leaves yet??

Well here it is: I LOVE 7 Leaves. I especially love their Jasmine milk tea and find myself wanting it every time I'm around the area. The drink is delicious, refreshing and affordable. The other drinks on the menu are great as well. One thing though...I've noticed they've recently started putting more ice into their drinks so a suggestion is to ask them to be easy on the ice. 'Tis all.

Location: prime real estate next to Westminster's infamous Che Hien Khanh but with that comes bad parking. Folks, park away from the lot. You are better off walking over than waiting for a parking spot.

Service: Awesome! I've been there several times and service has always been consistent. The only inconvenience is the fact that they ONLY accept cash so come prepared if you are a plastic only kind of homie.

Product: I've only had their Mung Bean milk tea and though I try to order a new drink each time, I just can't help the words as they come out my mouth. Maybe one day I'll get sick of the Mung Bean milk tea but it is not any day soon.

Price: $ - it's decently priced. No complaints here.

Bonus: Try their macarons. My favorite is pistachio with vanilla cream. They are $1.50 each so savor each bite!

I made a twenty minute detour off of the 405 on my way to San Diego to come to this place. When a boba craving hits, it must be appeased! Of course, I defaulted to my Yelp App and I found this place.

The mung bean milk tea with boba that I had was outstanding! A tad on the sweet side, but I'm not going to lie, I drank the whole thing down to the last boba.

Note: This place is CASH ONLY.

I stopped at the ATM liquor store in the shopping center. The $2 service charge sucked, but I was too lazy to find a bank.

The staff here could use some work in the customer service sector. The line here is pretty lengthy, so don't come here if you're in any kind of hurry - there is no sense of urgency on the other side of the counter. The girl at the counter seemed more preoccupied with scoping out the clientele in the line than she was concerned about taking my order.

You'd better listen up for you name too, because they won't repeat it. I kicked it on the side with all of the canisters of tea for sale. I wasn't keen on squishing with everyone else hovering around the counter. My name was called  and I had to shimmy my way through the crowd of customers to get to the counter. I saw a mung bean drink sitting on the counter, but I didn't want to assume that it was mine.

"Is this drink for Jennifer?" I asked the girl tasked with dishing out drinks.
    No response.
"Excuse me, did you call Jennifer?" I tried again.
    No response.
"Hey! Is this mine?!" I said a little louder.
    "Huh, Jennifer?" she says.

    Smh.

I get why people rave about this place, but I dunno if I'd bust another 20 minute detour to come here. If I was local, sure, why not.

    Sea salt jasmine tea !!
    Delicious!!!
This drink seriously exceeded my expectation, I was not expecting the freshly brewed taste of the tea! Also, the sea salt is a perfect compliment. I've tried sea salt at other places but it did not taste like this I could really taste the sea salt when I Iicked the foam but when I blended it in the drink it matched perfectly ! Other places I tried "sea foam" it js tasted like watered down whip cream!

Anyways service was nice and I never tried mung bean before so they let me taste it, not my cup of tea but if it yours try it :)

Drinks are cheap it was only $2.75 ! Yum! I will be back

Words cannot express the love I have for 7 Leaves. When I see an empty cup labeled 7 Leaves on the side of the road, my stomach growls immensely for a cup of Mung Bean Milk Tea, longing and wanting to be reunited again. The friendly and sociable staff would sometimes try to spark a conversation with you in hopes to make your day all that brighter.

My all time favorite drink and lover is the Mung Bean Milk Tea. It gives me a nostalgic feeling of when I was a kid munching on a mung bean ice cream bar but now in liquid form. I have a feeling the staff at 7 Leaves have been drinking the green bean smoothie at Gala Bakery and tried to recreate it. However, their concoction came out ten times better!

Finding parking at this small, minuscule lot can be an addict's worst nightmare but don't be afraid. Nearby there is another lot you are allowed to park.

I wrote a review before. But I just need to emphasize a point

I come to westminster fairly often. At least 3-4 times a month and I'm sure it's pretty well known that westminster has many delicious coffee and tea houses, such as Volcano Tea, Tebo Tebo Tea Lounge, and Tastea (which I still have yet to try). But I think of all of them, there is not one place (unless I wanted milk tea or a smoothie) that I would put above 7 Leaves. I would drive all the way to Westminster just for 7 Leaves and nothing else.

The House Special Iced coffee is to die for. I strongly urge you to visit this place during your next trip to Westminster.

What's good here?  What?  You want me to try mung bean boba?

I know it sounds weird right?  But it was delicious.  Sweet and just what my tummy wanted.  My baby daddy got the jasmine milk tea and he thought his was deelish too.

Score!  Two for two.  Now if only it weren't a 20 minute drive from where I live.

P.S. They have a very small selection of flavors and they aren't your typical boba flavors.

First time visiting! Finally made the time!

Love the fact that the menu is simple! Just a few options, which is Great!
let me tell you, the mung bean milk tea lives up to its yelpers hype! It's yummilicious! The Boba was just ok, a little on the mushy side, but taste was just right.

1/2 star deduction for cash only as payment... It's been 2000 for 12 years now, get with the times people! Stop being cheap and offer convenient payment options which is accepting cards!  I had $10 bucks on me, but needed more than $10 worth of drinks, so had to use the $2 fee ATM machine in the liquor store (argh). I wasn't going to leave since parking is a pain and it took me how long?! So 1/2 star deduction bc that's a horrible plaza to put your cafe.

Anyhow, 4 stars for simplicity and yummy drinks. Maybe they should offer a larger size bc it's only 1 size for their yummiliciousness.

I've literally been here twice in the last week...one day after another. I managed to have enough stamps for a free drink in less than two weeks!

As always the service is super friendly and fast. The place is kept nice and clean even though the outside is kind of 'meh'

On saturday I got my Sea Cream Jasmine with Boba and my bf got the Mung bean milk tea. Mine was just as awesome as I remembered it..and the boba was actually a little better than I remembered. I still prefer Go Go Juice's boba above all but since this is closer I won't complain. The mung bean was suprisingly good - I don't actually like Mung Bean but if it comes in this form I'll drink it! It is a little sweeter than I would prefer so if I have the option to ask for less sweet I may rate it higher.

Sunday I wanted to be adventurous and tried the 7 herbal tea. It tasted just like the Chrysanthemum tea my family used to make when I've had too much 'hot' food. My companions agree...it's like a Cantonese remedy...tastes like coke and flowers! They say there is artichoke and stuff in it but honestly all i taste is Chrysanthemum. It's SOOO refreshing and it makes me  a little nostalgic. It's a little sweeter than the sea cream jasmine so if you like sweet and refreshing, this may be the way to go.

I came back on Wed and tried their Black Halo with egg pudding. Egg pudding has nothing on Milk Pudding...and Lollicup has the best pudding...it's silky not chunky like Tea Station (their pudding is like tofu..it's SOOO weird!) Sorry....I'm going off a tangent..back to the Black Halo...the tea is also refreshing, and the orange they add to it gives it a nice citrusy zing to it. I may prefer the 7 Herbal Tea over this one though....

7 Leaves has become my new favorite boba spot...Sorry Go Go Juice....Sorry Half and Half.... 7 Leaves has stolen my heart!

I've only tried the House Coffee and the Jasmine Milk Tea.

It's pretty inexpensive when it comes to other boba places.

House Coffee was actually pretty good. I was surprised because usually when you see the words "House Coffee" it's usually not strong and flavorful. But theirs is worth the purchase.

Jasmine Milk Tea is not too sweet, and has a good amount of flavor.

The lines isn't as long as Volcano Tea. And there's not a bunch of teeny boppers hanging out. You go in, order your fix, then you go out. Simple as that.

Definitely will be going here for my Jasmine Milk Tea w/ boba & pudding :)

-1 star for the HORRIBLE parking.

Addictive drinks and unlike other typical boba coffee & tea places. The decor is clean & simple and the customer service was friendly!

My faves are the ultra popular iced coffee w/sea cream (think sea salt foam) and Jasmine tea w/sea cream! You can get them with or without boba.

This place is 5-star worthy except for a few cons:

    1) Location sucks and parking is ridiculously limited
    2) Cash only
    3) Too small w/only 2 tables, you can't really sit and hang out

Buuuut...I'll be back reeeal soon! Cheers!

Like everyone else, I got the jasmine sea cream, which was delicious and very refreshing. Next time, I'll mix the drink before poking the straw in, because I like the taste of the tea with the sea cream melted in. I really appreciate that this place focuses on quality of the teas rather than the sweetness factor. The boba was soft, lightly sweet and chewy when I first started sipping, but got tougher more quickly than I am used to for other boba places. It's not that bad, but I'd rather skip the boba to fully enjoy the tea itself.

They also sell loose leaf tea leaves on the side. I don't know how much they are, but if they're decently priced, I may consider buying some next time. I'll be back to try the black halo, for which they steep a blossom that blooms in hot water.

    Be forewarned, parking is terrible.

Went with some friends and we got the jasmine sea cream and sunset drink. BOTH WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

The sea cream is definitely different, never seen it anywhere before. It was a great complimentary taste to the jasmine mixture. Everything just just worked well with each other in this drink. Definitely wouldn't mind having it again. The boba was also really soft, I really liked that. You could tell the boba was fresh and not sitting in a tub forever.

I also tried the sunset drink. It kind of tastes like passion fruit. This was my favorite. It tastes like real passion fruit, not syrupy flavors like most other places. Great mixture of fruits, it tasted very very very fresh.

Great service too. They offered great recommendations. THE WERE SUPPPPPPPER QUICK with drinks too. Got 4 drinks ordered and left the door in less than 2 minutes. Prices we great too. About $2.50-$3 per drink and like $.35 extra for boba and other add ons.

The plaza looks like crap but inside 7 leaves looks really nice and cozy. I'll definitely hit this place back up next time I'm in the area!

Is it weird that I like the fact that it's small. It causes people to not "hang out" for hours after they get their drinks.

I really like the Jasmine Milk tea. Tried the mung bean, but it's a little too sweet for me. I was also recommend into trying the milk tea with pudding. The pudding was good, however the milk tea tasted bland. Maybe because I'm use to the Jasmine one. The sea cream coffee was bomb! Want something hot? Try their hot teas!

I've been seeing this place all over Yelp and I've been meaning to try it. On my birthday my friend took me here, due to their convenient hours.

By first impression, I thought that this was a cute little place. (parking is little, but not so cute. lol) The people who worked here are really nice. However their menu seems to be very limited... When I asked the cashier for recommendations, I felt as though she was basically listing to me the whole menu. She was nice, but I don't think I can say she was helpful.

    DRINKS:
My friend got the House Special coffee and she said it was good, aside from some random salty taste on top of the whip cream. I got the Mung Bean Milk Tea. I thought it was pretty good.

    MACAROONS:
*gasps* what a surprise to see macaroons!! I think they usually have 4 flavors: salted caramel, pistachio, rose, and strawberry. I would have loved the salted caramel but they didnt have any left. I settled for the rose and the strawberry. It was hard, probably not as fresh as the ones I'm used to. But they were cheaper.. .. You get what you pay for, I suppose. I'll definitely come back to try that salted caramel one though.. ..

Random Note: On the side of store, there's a bunch of tea leaves, so I think this is a place for people who are really into tea, buying tea to bring home, etc.. ..

My new top choice to get Asian drinks in Westminster! I was never really a fan of Tastea, Tebo Tebo, or anything similar mostly due to the fact that I just do not have a sweet tooth. But this place just changed my perspective on everything!

Yes, my curiosity was what led me here. I had to see what all the growing hype was about. To my surprise, 7 Leaves is located in a very unappealing area with extremely limited parking space. Do not fret, there's plenty of street and residential parking to go around. As for the store itself, its size is very modest with limited seats and table making it less of a lounge and more of a place to get something quick and leave. And that was exactly what I did. And of course, being the macaron addict that I am, I had to try their macs! At $1.50 each, they are not bad at all. They crumble a bit when you bite into them, but it's not bothersome. I tried the rose and strawberry and both were satisfying.

As for the drinks, I opted for their mung bean milk tea which came out to be $2.95 + tax. Mmmm was my initial reaction upon my first sip. It was just slightly sweet and extremely cooling as it was 85 degrees today! I tasted bits of mung bean in my drink too so you know they are using real ingredients and none of that powder nonsense. Also, mung beans are good for you and even better for your complexion. So drink on I say!

    Love this place!

It was my first time here on my visit to SoCal during spring break and I fell in LOVE!!! I came back here the next day just because I couldn't get enough of their drinks! My favorite is definitely the black herbal tea with sea cream and grass jelly (not on their menu) but trust me...you should give it a try! I ordered this by accident but it turned out GREAT and yummy. The cashier even asked me if what I order was good because they've never heard anyone order it before. The grass jelly really makes the drink so don't forget to add it when you order. My friends also really like the jasmine tea with sea cream and egg pudding (it's good depending on whether you like egg pudding or not).

Oh! and I dunno what they put in their drink recipes but after finishing a full drink, it cured my hangover and headache so fast, it was truly amazing haha.

Decor is nice and clean, not many tables to sit and chill but great place for quick refreshements! I will definitely make a few trips back here when I'm in town =)

    Happy Yelping!

This place is alright.  I never did get their "infamous" sea cream stuff though.  The first time I'd gone there, I'd gotten a Mung Bean something or other (no add-ins @ $2.75 + tax).  I don't even like Mung Bean... :P  But if you do... it's very mung bean-y.

The second time I'd gone, I'd gotten a Jasmine Milk Tea (no boba @ $2.75 + tax).  This drink was pretty good at first, but between when you get to about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way through, it can be a bit overwhelming.  It was almost sickening for me.  Maybe it was sweeter than what I'm used to?

I hate the parking for this place since it's so small and the venue itself is usually fairly crowded.  But head across the street or into the neighborhood adjacent to the location and you're good to go.

Don't forget your frequent buyer card!  :)  Free drink after 10 punches.  ^^

Overall, not bad, but I think I prefer other tea shops over this one.  It's just not my cup of tea. ;)

PS.  They had cute little Angry Birds cakepops when I came.  :P

Came here for sugarcane juice. The machine is broken :[
Service is really good, they take good care to explain their drinks
Got the sunset passion w/aloe. I hear their iced coffee, sea cream jasmine tea and mung bean milk tea, are the most popular in that respective order. Can't wait to try em all =D
just wish this place was a wee bit bigger, hope they do well and expand!

The Mung Bean with Pudding is absolutely amazing! This place is definitely a good place for some. They only have 7 drinks, which is a downside, but they carry 7 unique drinks. I absolutely love this place because of its cheap pricing.

Remember to get the Egg Pudding in your boba because it makes it so much better!

The downside to this place is that it is very small and lacks an area to just sit around and hang out with friends. If they managed to upgrade or expand to a bigger area, it would be perfect!

Also it is cash only, and the parking here is pretty bad. I always park across the street and walk over.

About time Garden Grove/Westminster area opened up a coffee/tea shop with a twist!     I'm used to these places popping up in Monterey Park and Rowland Heights, not Westminster area.

I wanted to try a number of the cold drinks before writing my review...

Black Coffee with Sea Cream - Surprise!  It's cold black coffee with sea cream.  It was good but didn't do it for me. If you really like something like the iced sea cream coffee at 85 Degrees (like I do), then this one might be a little tame for you.  It doesn't have as much boom-boom-pow in comparison.  If you have always wanted it a little "less" strong, then this will be perfect for you.  Shake well before putting your straw in.

Vietnamese Iced Coffee - This is just straight up cafe sua da iced coffee, a little bit sweeter, creamier, and not as overpowering as many of the Vietnamese iced coffees in the area.   For comparison... Lee's Sandwiches is still the sweetest, Van's Bakery/Banh Mi Che Cali/Tanh Hoang Huong are all stronger.

7 Leaves House Special Coffee - This seems to be the Vietnamese Iced Coffee topped off with Sea Cream.  And it makes it... ta da... creamier!  Yes, but it has that subtle salty sea creaminess that blends in.  Shake this baby too, because it'll be hard to get the sea cream to mix in after you put the straw in.

Mung Bean Milk Tea - It's green and you'll love it!  Okay, well, you'll like it if you like mung beans or mung bean drinks.  It's got the perfect sweetness and flavor balance to it.

Jasmine Sea Cream - Whether you shake it up with the sea cream or not, when you take your first sip the jasmine flavor will jump out at you.  That's a good thing, at least to me.  I like my milk teas to have a noticeable tea taste.  The sea cream adds that creamy salty mix that just plays well together.  I do have one warning... if you are expecting this to be as sweet or as heavy as the average milk tea that you're used to having from other tea stores, then you might be disappointed.  The whole drink feels lighter (not necessarily less creamier) than any milk tea you'd get at Tapioca Express, Teazone/Lollicup, Champion.

Okay... what do I recommend?  If you like mung bean, you definitely have to try that.  The jasmine sea cream is definitely different from any other milk tea you've had (in a good way).  And of the coffees, depending on how I feel, I'll be going for either the 7 Leaves House Special or the Vietnamese.  The black with sea cream wasn't strong enough or sweet enough for me.  Next time I'm going to add pudding to the jasmine or mung bean and see how that tastes.

The store is small.  Cash Only.  They do have a stamp card.  They do sell various loose leaf teas and flavored teas at reasonable prices.   Check out the various tins against the wall.  It's a tea shop that sells various flavors, not various levels within the flavors, so if you're looking for that kind of Chinese tea shop, this is not that kind of place (there's no $150/lb jasmine, no $100 pu'er or kuding teas, no spring harvest vs. summer harvest differentials).

I've never had a problem finding parking either in the center or on the street next to it, but I can see how it might be a problem on the weekends if its busy.

Even though it says cafe, there are only a couple of tables and a few chairs, as the store is pretty compact.  Expect to buy and go.  Great service, the staff is very friendly and helpful!

7 leaves is amazing! I love how they only have a few drinks making your decision making much easier. My favorite drink though is their Sea cream black coffee, and I usually disgust black coffee. But I think I'm addicted to this coffee...I go out of my way to get it all the time when I need a caffeine boost. My other favorite is the mung bean milk tea. It's pretty tasty. The lot that it's in is small but parking has never been a problem. They also have very quick service.

I saw 7 Leaves Cafe's grand opening a while ago when I came to Thach Che Hien Khanh. However, I've never bothered checking it out because I thought it was like other the old men's cafe until my cousin told me about it. So we went there during the really last day of our UC spring break to try.

The shop is tiny. There is only one table and a few chairs. I agree with Nick H. that this is more like an express tea house where people come in and order for take out. Sadly, I did not dig their interior decor. The decor is quite simple. There are 7 canvas photos of their unique drinks and sort of a Starbucks/Coffee Bean display of tea pots and cups, other than those, there are pretty much nothing.

    Price: ~$3.50 per drink

Other reviews have condemned about their boba and watery drinks which was totally contradictory to my experience. The boba was chewy and the drinks were super refreshing on a 80F afternoon.

Mung Bean Milk Tea tasted very much similar to a Vietnamese sweet dessert (beaten mung bean che`). The drink was not too sweet, just the way I prefer.

Jasmine Sea Cream Tea is just a fancy name for Jasmine Milk Tea. The drink had a strong jasmine flavor with a nice touch of cream on top of the cup.

Sunset Passion tasted closer to a fresh squeezed juice than a flavored tea. In addition, the drink was bright yellow through out. I was annoyed by the passion fruit seeds floating at the bottom of the cup at first but after accidentally biting one of them, I kinda liked it.

Customer service was great. A smile behind the counter goes a long way!!!

Finally, I made it here! There's parking and no lines? Off to a good start!

A friend and I have been eying this place for awhile now and today we finally got the chance to check it out. I was debating between the jasmine tea with sea cream and the black coffee with sea cream. Since I'm more of a coffee person, I had to go with the coffee. My friend is more of a tea person so she got the jasmine tea. I thought my coffee was really good. It was not as strong as I had expected, but it was still really tasty. The cream had a very subtle saltiness, not as pronounced as the coffee from 85C though, but I still really enjoyed it. My friend also enjoyed her drink a lot.

The shop was tiny though, with only two tables. It's more of a grab-and-go kind of place. Parking lot is also tiny. We were lucky to find parking. Service was good.

Even though parking seems to be a pain here, I think the drinks are worth it. I will be back to try the other drinks.

    Reminder: cash only!

I had to check out what the seacream was all about. It was easy to find with their bright red sign. It wasn't crowded and plenty of parking at 6pm on a rainy Sunday. Staff were young, friendly, and Jamba Juice perky. Our drinks were ready quickly, before I got to sit down at one of two tables inside the cafe.

    Ordered:
    -Black coffee with seacream
-Jasmine tea with seacream and honey boba
-Pistachio macaron, rosewater macaron (employees pronounced it macaroon - yeah I'm a snob like that)

We asked if there was a hot tea/coffee option and the employee said it may be a possibility in the near future.
The black coffee had a subtle flavor that didn't have any sugar added except for the seacream flavor or semi sweet and salty. It was tasty and brought out the real coffee taste.
The jasmine tea was great, but I didn't like the salty taste of the seacream. The fresh, warm, honey boba saved my drink.
The macarons were fresh and perfect. They also had cupcakes and cakepops, too.

I'll come back if I'm in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way for seacream in my tea.

I guess frothy tea is the trend now.

Ordered sea scream jasmine tea with egg pudding.

The place was super clean and the workers were super nice.

My drink was super watery.  Honestly it was almost like drinking sugar water.

The egg pudding was too chewy compared to typical egg pudding @ boba places.  The point of "drinking" pudding is to enjoy it using the giant straw.  Not liking its texture at all.

2 stars!!  85C sea salt tea is even yummier than this.

7 Leaves Cafe is not yummylicious!!
