Review from Mona L.
I hate to admit this, but this is my go-to place when I am considering three things right before heading to class or running errands:
1. Something to grab fast to eat 'on the go' (no time and healthy food involved)
2. Price (less than $3)
3. Warm food
If you know their products/selection, then you know that I head straight to the line where all the ample "ready made", fast food is displayed. I go for their 2 for $2 varieties (taquitos, corn dog). Their buffalo chicken taquito and jalapeno cream cheese taquito are sinfully tasty. Though I like to try new things, I stick with the same stuff since my trips here aren't frequent. :P -

My travels final's destination is 7-Eleven where in hopes of sustaining a sandwich or donut for little substance to uphold for the evening, I was unable to hold anything down after one's continuous spewing verbal anthrax of callous and apathetic repeated "you have TUNNEL vision as you cannot understand anything nor listen to me!!" Thus, I ignore to deplore as the dead soul continues to judge and insult me for I seek other positive channels for my journey to happiness as a whole.
This 7-Eleven store #33570 is on the smaller size where it sits on 23rd Street and Lexington/Park Avenues. Price surely foots the bill for today's extreme ailing economy. Breakfast sandwiches are the standard 7-Eleven rate at $2.79 while sandwiches are $5.99. Service is okay laa3. -

You never let me down. At any hour of the day I can count on you for feeding my need for something cold, hot, crunchy or baked.
This place has it all. The staff is courteous, professional and fast. I'm always in and out in a few minutes. Probably one of the best 7-11s that I've been to.Listed in: Lick. Slurp. Scoop. Repeat...

Kinda wish I was in the executive meeting room of 7-11 where they came up with:
Mix or Match any 2 Taquitos for $2.22
Genius.
Had myself a Corn Dog Roller & a Buffalo Chicken Taquito after the gym last night. Believe it. -

7-Eleven is Heaven.
from "suicides" / "graveyards" (a concoction of all the fountain sodas in one cup") to the traditional Coke Slurpee... it's comforting that i have a 7-Eleven in Manhattan. don't hate because i love my Big Gulps!
i'm about to admit something crucial here...
i love putting chili, melted cheese and jalapenos on my Spicy Hot Dog.
*gasp*
*blush*
cheap, nostalgic and now offering healthier options for snacks and meals. love it.
don't hate. -

Hey! I'm all for having a 7-Eleven in Manhattan! Why not? I'm from the Bay Area, where 7-Eleven is practically on every single last corner it could have invaded.
Anywhooo, you can't go wrong with a slurpee.
Ouch, brain freeze. Slurpee, oh mighty, you refresh me. -

I'm just happy i found a 7-eleven in the city. brought back college memories of chilli-cheese dogs!
ohh 7-eleven, how I luv thee!
never realized how much, until i found yee again!
I'm so sorry i took u forgranted all those years of being so
conveniently near and varying in affordable food and services...
for many years you were out of my life, from 1999 to 2006, but now is 2007 and we're back together again!
and so...may we never part ways, oh no, never again!!! -

I have a huge slurpee craving! Slurpees are excellent if you want a cheap snack that has a little more zing than dyed sugar water and they come in a variety of flavors and sizes. They even have Crystal Lite if you're on a diet or just want something without sugar.
7-11 is a decent convenience store. I like that it's open 24 hours, so it's good if you run out of milk and need to run out and get some or if you want ice cream or something snacky. Their coffee and donuts are pretty good, but I would stay away from their premade food. I guess the hot dogs probably aren't much worse than buying from a street vendor, but everything looks pretty questionable. -

Eleventy thousand stars for the only place in NYC to get a slurpee,
minus ten thousand nine hundred ninety-seven stars for everything else that is wrong with the existence of a 7/11 in the middle of Manhattan,
equals
three stars. yay slurpees. -

This place should be shut down by the Health Department.
Their refrigerators are ALWAYS broken.
They were out of spoons for a month.
They were closed for 5 days for "Renovation" but the day they opened back up - absolutely NOTHING was different. Same dirty appliances etc. And - the ICE MACHINE wasn't even working!!!!
Sorry - but no more.
This place needs a "real" renovation like the one on Northern/79th St in Jackson Heights. lol -

I pass by here all the time on my way home or to work. I never buy anything here besides a slurpee.
I love making slurpees but what sucks about this 7-11 is that THE SLURPEE MACHINES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN! out of 8 flavors id say 1/2 to 3/4 of the flavors are ALWAYS BROKEN!!!!!!
IT SUCKS and the place is pretty dirty. The machines by the soda and slurpee are all sticky and gross.
they just need to do a better job of maintaining the store. Its disgusting and the slurpee machines need to be constantly working! -

This place used to be near our old practice space. We used to get beer here, sometimes grub. It's clean, well lit, no bathrooms that I know of...The guys that work there are ok. The slushies we got there, we'd mix with booze. It's your basic 7Eleven, but in NYC and no bathrooms. Bathrooms around here, I don't know of any in this area. It's well lit in here, you get students, homeless, and other folk going in here...Barely see yuppies in here, though. Enjoy.

There may very well be something wrong with me, but I highly enjoy their "Fiesta Salad" - it's very tasty and less than 200 calories! I also like how they have those apple and cheese snacks, veggies and dip, and hummus and cracker snack packs (kinda like the market at the JFK Jet Blue terminal). Plus, who doesn't love the occasional slurpee?

When I went off to college I was heartbroken that I had to leave my beloved 7-Eleven on Long Island. I knew we'd see each other on the weekends sometimes, I knew we'd try to make this long distance thing work.
I was in my second year of college when there was a break in the clouds, light came streaming down from the sky illuminating the glorious front of a shiny new 7-Eleven. We were reunited.
If you couldn't tell by now, I love 7-Eleven in general and what I'm about to say doesn't stop me from going to other 7-Elevens.
This 7-Eleven makes me sick. Literally. When the Slurpee machine was actually working properly I would get one, ignoring the repercussions of my previous experiences, hoping I just got one on a bad day. Slurpee denial. When the Slurpee machine was on the fritz I'd get a fountain soda. Same deal. Violently ill.
I'd had to break it off with this 7-Elven when what I thought was an innocent, delicious, cool treat was causing me to cancel plans to stay near a bathroom. -

I love the idea of 7 Elevens in general but this one comes to disappoint me. They do not good a job maintaining their store. I sometimes see bugs flying in their pastry in the protective glass. That is one thing that might happen but another time I saw a roach on the pastries. If there is a roach crawling out in the open during the day I do not want to know what is going on in the store at night.
They also refuse to accept a coupon that I printed out on the company saying that I need the real one. When I asked him where the real one came from he claim that he did not know. Then how would he know when someone use a real one? -

Hooray for 7-Eleven! The big gulp is a dollar and change. I don't really buy much else from here but it's all good. I bought my friend a Baby Bottle Pop candy thing that she really wanted once. The people working there have always been cool to us as well.

Alright I admit that slurpees are cool and I enjoy them as much as the next person but do we really need a 7-11 in the middle of Manhattan?

They started brewing their coffee in some sort of thermos and lost my business. I used to spend on average $60 per month when they used old fashioned pot. Now i don't see the coffee hitting the pot, i don't patronize them. Please bring back the coffee pots, for God's sake!

OH MY GAWD, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE ! ! ! Stop shopping at 7-11 before you kick the bucket from a combination of heart disease/stroke/diabetes ! At the very least patronize a locally owned and operated convenience store. BOYCOTT 7-11 ! ! ! (and IKEA if they ever show up).
