My dependence on 7-elevens is that i've never found one without a lotto machine. Although as they say you have a better chance of getting hit by lightning then winning the big one you still have to have some skin in the game to have a chance.
As for this particular location nothing special as compared to other stores except for the fact that the california lottery lists this store in their lucky retailer section of big winners.
Other than that when i'm looking for cheap snacks on a roadtrip any 7-eleven will do
