How anyone gives 67 Burger less than four stars is beyond me. Not to question anyone's judgement but this place makes a great burger, plays great music, attracts the best of Brooklyn and is reasonably priced. Five stars from me. I highly recommend this joint.
I went in here with half expectations on a Saturday night, had me a Cajun burger with bacon and a blue moon to drink. Suffice to say, I came back tonight for the same thing.
Whatever they're spicing there beef with, I want to know the ancient wu-tang secret. Relaxed vibe and cool addition to the Fort Greene area.
The only thing not to love about 67 Burger is they aren't open on Mondays.
The onion rings rule and they keep refilling up your RC cola whenever they can.
Thank you for being awesome..

One of my favorite burgers. I dine at 67 about once a week and am always satisfied. The specialty burgers are very good, I especially like the 67 burger, with bacon and blue cheese. I've tried the turkey and chicken options (which are good) but I always go back to just the a regular burger. If your on a budget order just the burger, at $6.25 it's well worth it, cheese? add $.75. The 'fancier' your burger the more you will pay, add a beer and fries to a specialty burger and watch $16+ fly out of your wallet. Do note that one order of fries can serve 2-3 people easily, so bring friends and share. It's casual, order at the counter style with plenty of tables (it gets crowded but I've never had to wait for a table) and good music. Go on, give it a whirl...

The fries are good, and the water is icy cold. That's about all I have to say about 67 Burger which is positive.
My boyfriend loves himself some burgers, so we decided to give this place a try. I ordered a veggie burger, ranch style, and he ordered a turkey burger. My burger was so foul tasting that I decided to pick it apart and just eat the parts I liked. The parts I liked essentially amounted to the sauteed mushrooms I had requested as an add-on.
Once I lifted the upper bun, I noticed a rather substantial piece of bacon. In the past when I've been confronted with errant bacon taint in my food, I have merely picked out the bacon and surged ahead. This food was so bad, though, that I figured I ought to go up to the counter and point out the interloper. For the record, I eat fish but not mammals.
The girl at the counter couldn't have been more indifferent. She pointed out that the piece of bacon wasn't "that big." I told her I didn't care for a replacement, that I would just like to have my money refunded. No one working actually knew how to process a refund, so we ended up waiting almost ten minutes to get our money back. There was no apology, no concern, nothing. We were very turned off to this place. We really could not get out of there fast enough.
It's pretty expensive. About $25 for two burgers and an order of fries, no drinks. And they bring out the food piecemeal, which is not something I am too crazy about. In short, not recommended.
I had a semi-delicious turkey burger (alone mind you) here after a depressing french movie. The fries began to pull me out of my despair but the burger kind of left me in limbo. I think if the turkey burgers were fresh and not frozen patties (no offense to frozzies) it may have been more impressive. However, I have to admit the burger's red pepper and chipotle mayo flavor increased once I took I got home and it was delic! which was interesting. All in all, I won't be stopping by to pay $17 (fries, blue moon and burger) after a bad movie unless I go with friends because this place needs more entertainment than the fun varieties of burgers!

My wife had a kid's burger there today. Towards the end of our meal she spotted a small piece of raw meat on the plate. We went over to tell the chef about the raw meat, and he responded, "Oh, that's part of the hamburger."
Review: Ranks right up there with the great burger joints of the five boroughs; this place grills out numerous specialty burgers (read: cheese and toppings galore), but the regular burger is really good by itself
The Good: Perfect combo of tastes and textures; nicely toasted and chewy bun; perfectly charred and grilled meat; and the onion-big-assed-lettuce leaf-tomato-pickle toppings stayed fresh and appropriately crunchy; it's synergy in a handheld meal
The Bad: I'm of the school that believes $12 for a regular burger, fries and small drink is still a bit too expensive; why does it cost extra for grilled onions?
Update: Ordered a medium burger (as usual). It arrived well done, except for the last few bites, which were medium rare. Odd. Plus, I ordered curly fries for the first...and last time. Like my burger, they were overcooked...and cold. Very potato chip like, except without that satisfyingly tasty experience. I'm not ready to knock off a star just yet, but this experience made me feel it's almost worth it to take the train to Shake Shack, wait in that crazy line...in the rain...and overpay for one of their burgers instead.

From my place, 67 Burger is about a 20 minute walk. Dumont Burger is 15 minute wait (on weekends) for the bus, then a 15 minute bus ride. So, the question was, extra 10 minutes travel time to Dumont Burger or not? Answer: Yes, extra 10 minutes.
Food here is good but not great. Dumont has an awesome veggie burger, but 67 has some .. weird thing that's like veggies mashed together in some failed attempt at a burger. It actually took a really long time because they said the first one they made "fell apart" .. ??
They had kelso nut brown on tap which was good. I'd like to check this place out some other time for the actual burger, but the veggie burger is not so great.

Two words:
BEER
MILKSHAKE.
Beer milkshake. Beer milkshake. Is there a more pleasant phrase in the English language? I think not.
Go. Now. Beer milkshake.

The best burgers in Brooklyn, maybe even the entire city. They also have great fries, curly fries, and turkey burgers, plus Blue Moon on tap. Prices are appropriate for the neighborhood.

I had a great turkey burger here plus sweet potato fries. The service was great and they kept the place open late to accommodate people coming out of BAM.
i can't even begin to count the number of times i've made a beeline for 67 burger after working out at the gym. :( why do i even try??
anyway, the burgers are great, the sweet potato curly fries are AWESOME (altho as another reviewer noted--their fries are over fried maybe 20% of the time--someone's nodding off on the job, i guess). your vegetarian friends have decent options--veggie burgers and hearty salads. a good musical selection too. a perfect addition to my nabe.
now excuse me while i go run on the treadmill for another 15 mins....

Very "ehhh." it leaves you with a "that was it?" feeling.
The burger I had was decent - The Parisian: sauteed mushrooms, onions and dijon mustard. The fries were nothing special. The total cost was a bit more expensive than I expected from a burger place with counter service. Burger + fries + drink = $15-20 something. The interior is sleek and somewhat interesting though not very inviting. Walking out, I heard someone who I presume is the owner say something like, "well, we wanted to keep the portions down so that nobody would leave too full." ...I didn't find that statement necessarily appropriate for a place that exclusively serves hamburgers. (okay, and some salads and sandwiches...)

(I want to say 3.5 stars) I'm not super keen on burgers, but this place has some tasty stuff! I like how you can add pretty much add any topping (I got some avocado), but you'll pay a pretty penny for it. Free refills on soda though--and they have RC! Fries are above average but not amazing. Given that this is the only place around here of its kind, it's pretty good. A little overpriced. Perfect place for self-administered food comas as long as you feel like spending a bit more than it's worth.

Best Burgers Ever. Great music selection. My entire crew enjoyed the food, the beer and the Hospitality of the Owner and Chef.
These guys got it right and it's really worth the trip to Brooklyn.

I will admit that I am not the best person to be writing the first review of this place. I don't eat burgers. However, I have been here a number of times and tried a few of their non-burger options. Also, it has been reported to me by my burger-eating companions that the burgers are indeed excellent. 67 Burger has a sleek and simple, but stylish look and a menu to match. The menu is divided into 3 categories: Burgers, Sandwiches, and Salads (plus a kids' menu) with both pre-designed items and the option to create your own from a nice list of toppings. Everything is made to order and delicious. The grilled chicken (which I like to get topped with cheddar and avocado) is tender and tasty. The grilled cheese sandwich was perfect - not too greasy. I highly recommend the french fries (the regular are better than the curly). Other highlights include: milkshakes, beer, and Bosco chocolate soda.

I'm not really a burger girl, but these burgers really hit the spot. It is a tad expensive, but with the current burger craze in NY, 67 Burger's prices aren't that bad. The selecion of burgers is pretty good, and the turkey burger is quite yummy. You won't miss the red meat with it. I like the fries, nice and crispy, but soft in the middle. And come on, they have chocolate soda. :)
Service is friendly and for a counter order place, it has a decent atmosphere. Dare I say even hip?

This place was just OK. I got a cheeseburger and it was average. It's kinda expensive and you have to order fries seperately. They are just average too. Also, you have to order your food at the counter and then wait at a table for them to bring it to you. Kinda annoying. I don't feel any need to go back there.

This is a great neighborhood "go to" if you're in need of red meat and refuse to cook it yourself. The space is a cool version of a space-age diner, with blue and silver decor. As I have incredibly simple tastes, I always have the regular burger with french fries. It totally hits the spot. I agree that the curly fries are not as good as the regular (there are rumors that the former are frozen, while the latter are not.) I've also heard excellent things about the more elaborate burgers, especially the Greek, as well as the milkshakes. To top it all off the owners and staff are incredibly friendly.

Buger, Fries and Coke excuse me Diet Rite runs close to $15. But the burger was very very good. Fries were alright and thank the lord they offer free refills. Everything is brand new, they have a pretty big menu for a burger joint but I need to stop eating burgers, but it's hard when burger is your middle name.

I came into this place famished after work, got a cheeseburger and a beer and proceeded to devour the entire meal. As burgers go it's a little on the expensive side for a cheeseburger and no fries, but i saved money and calories I guess. I would go back definitely, but skip the fries if you're on a budget. I just moved here from California, where are the cheap (decent) eats?!

The atmosphere is laid back, modern, clean, and not greasy feeling. I got a Turkey & Cheddar Burger with Sweet Potato Fries -- HEAVENLY. They also have stuff for the diet conscious too.
What I really liked about the place is that you go straight to the counter, order, they give you a number and you sit down. They still bring the food to you (no tip for those cheapskates out there).
I went with a friend (who is a regular customer -- Who does that in this city?), and the two of us ate for $25. If it weren't so pricey, I'd give it 5 stars.
My standby is the bleu burger, medium rare. It's a juicy burger with blue cheese sauce, bacon, and all the fixins. (Rumor has it they're changing the name to 67 Burger.) One time they had a tomato soup, which was wonderful, but the soup seems to change every day.
Not cheap, but consistently quite good.
The hours are sort of unpredictable, but they open at noon and close at 9 or 10 or 11, depending on the day and possibly their whims.

The Smoke Joint was busy or something--I think that's why we came here instead. Also, the decor was fascinating, and that caught my attention: sort of 50s-diner-by-way-of-Logan's-Run, which is generally not something that makes me think "BURGER!" but it seemed to fit.
This is a good burger--definitely the best I've had in the neighborhood, though this isn't exactly a burger neighborhood. They have a bunch of variations on the burger, which are all reasonably tasty--they have only one unifying theme: they are messy. You get your burger, and you don't get to set it down until you're done. I'm sorta prissy, so it took awhile for me to get used to that, but it's not a terrible problem for a meal to have.
The fries are pretty damn good as well. Regular fries are better than the curly ones, which is kinda crazy, since curly fries tend to be the best things ever.
They have a number of beers on tap as well--fancy schmancy beers that go good with quality food, too. And, finally, if you're craving a shake, they do a pretty good one.
It's not a top-tier burger place, but for the neighborhood, I think I'm going to have to declare it the reigning champion until someone proves me wrong.
It's priced accordingly, though. A meal will set you back $12-15 per person, especially with drinks. Extras for your burgers (outside the named ones like Western Burger or Parisian) are inordinately expensive, with bacon or avocado costing more than it should. But if you're in the neighborhood, it's worth it.
"ehhhhhhhhhhh" - this is the word/thought/noise that comes to mind when i think about reviewing this place. stumbled in here last night after catching edward scissorhands at BAM and looking for a quick eat. it was like a 50's soda fountain from the future, if that makes any sense. very mod design void of any sort of character whatsoever - perhaps that was the point. menu is relatively straightforward - several kinds of burgers, a handful of veggie options, some salads, and an assortment of fries. somehow though, the bill ends up getting pretty steep pretty damn fast. My dining companion ordered a veggie burger w/a few toppings, fries, and a bud - $20!!! I had grilled cheese with avo/tomato, fries, soda, and it was $13. something seems a bit ludicrous to me that we couldn't get a burger, fries, and drinks at a order-at-the-counter place for under $30. food was aight, nothing remarkable fries were decent but $4 for an order. I think where they get you is the toppings on the burgers/sandwiches. they charge you $1-2 per topping. i just wasn't really impressed. it was somewhat of an accident that i stopped in, but i think it will be pretty intentional that i don't come back.
