Although the building is quite nice on the inside, the rooms don't have functioning windows. Also the group who ran the auctions at this place (i think the same group currently selling) are ridiculous thieves.
If you're looking for a place to move into downtown, look elsewhere unless you want to be part of this shady project.
2 years ago I had a winning bid on a unit here at about 340k. They counter offered me at 625k. WTF was the point of the auction? The funny thing is this unit is still vacant, so it's been sitting there doing nothing for 2 years. Well done! However, it was a HUGE blessing in disguise because I scored a much better place at a better location.
