We rented a combo bounce/slide from 630 Jump for my son's 6th birthday party. Everything went really smoothly and the bouncy house was a huge hit. The house was put up quickly by Erik and then tore down with great efficency later that afternoon. We even got a free upgrade to a bigger jump house when someone else canceled their order. That was really a nice gesture and was very much appreciated.
All around professional and polite service. I defintely recommend them and will be using thier services again! -

630 Jump did a good job providing the jump house for my son's 5th birthday party. They arrive on time, and the setup person was very friendly and quick, the jump house is in good condition, the kids had a lot of fun.
Compare to couple other places, their website has a lot of good information, ordering is very fast and easy, they do not collect money until they collect the jump house. I would use them again for sure. -

630 jump was great to work with. I recently used them for my daughters 2nd birthday. We got a bouncie castle plus some kids tables and chairs. Delivery was prompt and you cant beat the price and service!
A few days before our party we got a call to arrange final details. We were told that since it might rain on our party day they were going to switch us to a different bouncie house since it had a roof on it (to protect the kids from getting wet) It was bigger but we wouldn't be charged extra. When the bouncie showed up it was a huge pink and purple castle with a slide! Cant get more awesome than that. It was a total hit with both the kids and adults.
We will definitely use them again. They are a one stop shop for all your party needs. -

630 Jump did a great job for our son's 3rd birthday party. The reservation process was very professional, and they were flexible about timing for delivery. On the day of the event they arrived on time, set up the house where I requested, made sure everything was in good working order, and asked if I was satisfied before leaving. Same thing happened with pick up. The house itself was clean and functioned perfectly, even with a dozen kids in it non stop for several hours. My son was fascinated as he watched the house deflate at the end of the day and asked the delivery guy a bunch of questions. He was patient, kind, and answered every one. Excellent.

No complaints whatsoever. Professional, friendly service. It was easy to book, they came on time and they take many types of payment. Also, the man that came to set up and take down the bouncy house was very nice and entertained all of my little one's many questions :)

Very good customer service. I received an email to confirm my booking within an hour of making the booking online. I then received a call the evening before to confirm. They were a little late for delivery but called ahead. They were super friendly and accommodating with delivery and setup. When the unit they brought didn't fit, they rushed over another one. It was clean and cared for and didn't show the signs of abuse I've seen with some rentals from other companies.
They were definitely helpful and I will definitely use them again! -

We used bouncing house from this company for my son's birthday party. Excellent service. They brought the house and installed it and were very flexible with the pick up time. Great thing too that the price includes an installation and the price is lower then some of their competitors have.

I ordered this jumper for my son's 3rd birthday, as If your family is anything like mine then you know, often times ages vary and so I had a lot of teenagers coming as well. So in speaking with jorge and Ismel (sorry if it's spelled wrong) But they suggested a jumper that would accommodate both age groups and it was awesome... Everyone had an awesome time and they stayed outdoors LOL! I will add that I didn't think the larger jumper would fit, so they came a few days before my original party date and measured my yard. AWESOME Team! And very affordable.
Great group! Great Company! I will work with them again! My teenager wants one for her graduation GO FIGURE! -

I really like these people. I liked working with George in advance -- he's just a really nice guy who knows how to get customer service right. They delivered on time and let us keep the items over night, saying the kids could continue jumping in the morning, which they did! We also rented tables, chairs, and a snow cone machine. The kids loved making their own snow cones -- it was a great addition to the party. We'll use them again for sure!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! I confirmed a jumpy house and popcorn machine for a party a week ahead of time and 630 Jump never showed up. Their phone number did not work, so I emailed them 20 minutes before my party was due to start to find out what was going on. They wrote back saying that the "truck was leaving the warehouse in 10 mins and someone will be calling you to confirm shortly." The truck never showed and no one ever called or emailed me back. I had 20 kids and no entertainment or snacks, which was a major disappointment for everyone and very stressful. These people have horrible, terrible service and I hope they never get another booking after what they did to me.

Fantastic, but odd, customer service. Received a call within 60 seconds of placing my order online. No online correspondence or confirmation # made me a little nervous, especially when they changed company name and their website was gone when I went to check a few days before the party. That said, they were always reachable and always answered and responded promptly.
Their service is great though. Delivery of bounce house, chairs, tables as ordered. Tables were definitely used pretty hard in the past, but we had table cloths so no biggie. They cleaned the bounce before providing it. Additionally they let us keep the bounce house for another day....which was an unexpected surprise and greatly appreciated by the kids. Oh yeah....their prices are fantastic.
Second year in a row we've used them and would definitely recommend them to anyone!!! 5 Stars. -

He did it again...he made it happen for my little girls 1st birthday....BIG THANK YOU....its nice to know that some people do give 110% even if you are requesting something last minute....I plan to use Jorge's Jump again this July for my son's 3rd birthday....My kids are still little so each year we will request our jump houses from Jorge...X2....
