Great local family owners place with authentic food! I tried them a few years ago and it was good but I tried them recently and it was great! I appreciate the friendly Custer service and the warm reception. They even made a few recommendations from the menu. I had chicken and broccoli and fried rice and everything was good. We will return very soon for more! It's a must try for Chinese Food!

This place used to be our go to delivery Chinese when we were busy because they offered free delivery.
Tonight, we ordered some food for delivery not knowing they charge $5 for delivery now. On top of that the price has increased $2-3 per dish. So Lo mein, Mongolian beef, vegetable dish, two egg rolls and appetizer platter came out to be $50! We could've been somewhere nicer for the price.
Everything went up $$$ so it was understandable. I tipped the driver $10 too.
BUT when we opened the food, it was missing two egg rolls. When I called, the owner sounded mad and claimed I was in the wrong. But when I keep telling him I don't have the egg rolls he just yelled "I'll give you egg rolls next time okay!?" No apology, no real solution, just yelling.
Worst part is the appetizer platter had one skewer that looks like someone bit off the top half ewwww!!!! The rest of the items in the platter was not edible. Too tough, too salty, and crab Rangoon had barely anything in it.
Beef in Mongolian beef had funny taste too.
As you can probably tell from my angry review, we will never order from there again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - NaNa V.Mesquite, TX943Jun 29, 2021
First time customer and we get wrong food orders. This place is horrible in customer service and the cook/owner is disrespectful and insultative.
We'll continue to go to Lucky's House.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Helder M.Allen, TX1383Jul 3, 2022
If you're not expecting NYC Chinese food this is not for you. But for Dallas suburb quality this place is pretty good.

Regular neighborhood restaurant. Has been around for ages. Always consistent always good delivery available in some areas but worth picking up as well. I always go in and order instead of calling it in because it literally takes less than five minutes for them to cook it fresh.

Reasonable, good Chinese food. Orders are ready fast. Good portions. Discount if you pay cash.

This was a very interesting experience eating here!
They are definitely not used to people dining in, though they have table and chairs ready for people who will dine in.
It's a pretty small plain space inside, not much decor. I think they mostly do delivery and take-out, so they don't need a large decorated dining space.
The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful with the menu. He gave us suggestions on what to get tried to get to our tastes a little bit to make suggestions that would work for us.
When our food came out, it was packaged to-go, which was fine since we took leftovers home. I think this is also because they are used to most people dining out.
The food was good, exactly what I was expecting for affordable, fast Chinese food!
I got the lemon chicken, which was very nicely fried. Very light and not oily. The chicken was juicy and tender. I'm not sure lemon sauce came with it, it tasted like sweet and sour, but it was good! Crab Rangoon's were AWESOME! So tasty, and a huge portion! The meals were a hearty portion too.
Fair prices for great portions, and the good is tasty.
I would recommend them for your quick Chinese food fix or an easy weekend dinner out!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Spencer M.Allen, TX212318Sep 27, 2020
Love this place, have been coming here for years! Orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and the pick up special fried rice with chicken is our jam

This is a great place. This is where I normally go in my neighborhood in Allen, Texas. I always enjoy going there and or call in. I think there is new ownership but they are still pretty good and within good service times.
