Review from Jason N.
We lucked into a chance visit to this new business on our first morning in Steamboat last week and returned each of the three days we were in town.
This is a terrific, nutritious option for breakfast/lunch with wonderfully prepared ingredients- right on the main drag downtown in front of the ski shuttle's 5th Street stop. The proscuitto/eggplant/brie sandwich was delicious. The breakfast burritos, made to order, were wonderful. The selection/diversity of drinks (hot and cold) was thoughtful.
The fruit/yogurt parfaits were chock-full of fresh blueberries and strawberries. Charcuterie (like soppressata) and cheeses are available "to go" for an impromptu picnic lunch. Plus they sell Steamboat's own Stinger honey waffles to stuff in your ski pants for an extra energy boost on the slopes.
The friendly owner said he and his partner just opened within the last six weeks. You can tell they are still working some minor business-end bugs out (i.e., the intricacies of the cash register) but those issues pale in comparison to the thoughtful touches and mouthwatering food options here. I wish I lived in Steamboat so I could come here all the time. Highly recommended! -

Fun little sub shop/deli on main street. The Gf and I split an Italian sub and we each had a cup of soup. we both loved our soups - mine was beer cheese that was much thinner than I expected, but still good. The GF had tomato bisque and thought it was good as well.
I was in the mood for iced tea and was happy to see that it was free! The little dish area to put up your dirty dishes was cool, too! -

This is a great deli right in downtown steamboat. Hand crafted delicious sandwiches. The owner is the chef and has done a great job with the menu. We ordered the Italian sub an Italian sandwich, both were amazing. The soup is also homemade and quite tasty. One caution the soup was a cheese soup, not traditionally think but still lots of flavor.

One of the best quick lunch spots in downtown with a wicked Italian Beef sammy. I have also had the meatloaf sammy too and it was delicious also. I wish they were open a little later for some evening eatz. Havent had bkfast there yet but i look forward to it. Thank you for another great food place downtown without a cowboy theme.

It is a good deli with higher-end products--which is what you would expect for Steamboat. Service takes a little time, but at least you know it is fresh. I would say that this is a bit overpriced for a deli, but the quality is there.

I just swung by this new business and was treated to a delicious slice of warm, fresh quiche. The atmosphere is very cozy, the service was friendly and the windows afford a great view of downtown. Shockingly, for Steamboat, the prices were very affordable. The breakfast menu looked tasty and I'll be trying that next, probably tomorrow morning.

Newly-opened deli with freshly-made salads, quiche, sandwiches and more. There are some service kinks (slow, and somewhat unprepared for even small crowds) that need to be worked out, but it's worth a visit for well-made food. Only three tables and a sitting area, so be prepared to wait, or pick-up and eat at home/work/park.

What a great deli! The food was terrific and reasonably priced. I especially loved the butternut squash soup but the beef sandwich and pastrami sandwich were also perfection. Can't wait to go back.
