I love this place! I've gone for waxing and to get my hair cut/colored.
When you walk in they are super friendly and greet you at the door. They have a nice waiting area for you to sit in while you wait for your appointment. The waxing room is nice, clean and relaxing and the girls are really nice and make you feel comfortable. They also did a great job when I went to get my hair cut/colored. They listened to what I said and were also friendly and talkative throughout the appointment.
I will definitely be going back! -

This is a great Aveda salon. Products are superb and service great. Anna A does
my hair and is patient and a perfectionist. She takes her time and
gives me a great haircut and color every month. The friendly people in there are great and greet you at the door. It is very clean and a positive atmosphere.
Anna does great work...highly recommend and like the whole experience here. -

582 East Salon is a full-service Aveda salon. Superior Customer Service and a wide-variey of services are offered: massage, facials, manicures and pedicures, in addition to great hair stylists and colorists.
They also have a large retail area with the full range of Aveda products.
They are a hidden treasure located near the Starbucks on Foothill Blvd near Padua Ave.
Try it, you'll love it! -

Short story- Ok cut, lousy customer service
Long story- Since I recently moved to the area, I was looking for a new place to visit. I was looking for someplace great, but much more reasonable than what I've been paying in Pasadena. This place was close by, so I decided to check it out. Upon entering, I noticed that the other women inside at the time were a little bit older, which meant no one was getting anything super stylish done. I didn't mind though, as I was only getting a basic trim. The massage here was great and since the stylist didn't mess up the trim, I had decided I would be back to try it again.
As my mom's birthday was coming up, I wanted to treat her to getting her hair done. I have never experienced such rude service.
When we walked in, two of the other stylist looked us up and down. When all was done, the stylist told my mom she needed to come back at least once a month if she wanted her hair to look decent. She then nodded at me and said she would fix her. Honestly, none of the stylist in there had amazing hair- it was all pretty average.
Their rude and snooty attitudes will keep me from ever coming back to this place. I asked my mom what she thought, and she did like the color. As for their attitudes, she just shrugged and said you can't help rude people. True- but I don't need to pay to experience them either. Lesson learned- I'll spend the money on someplace that is welcoming to others outside their general population and can do super cute styles as well. -

I really like this salon! Not only is it an Aveda concept salon, but it is reasonably priced! I got my eyebrows done a few days ago and it was quick, painless, and great experience. They are very nice, professional, and clean. They use all natural Aveda products (which is good for me because I have super sensitive skin). I am definitely going back here to try more services!

They do a great job here and it costs less than some of the place in downtown Claremont. I haven't had anything complicated done here, just simple haircuts, but I've been quite satisfied.

Go to Michelle, she is great! Michelle has been handling my hair for over 5 years and has never produced a bad hair cut or color. Beyond Michelle, the salon Aveda only and carries a variety of products, tools and facial regiments. This is my one stop shop!

I had been here off and on for about 4 years. What really got me hooked was the massage. Highly recommended! Gary does a great job.
I have been here a few times for hair and they do a good job.
I have to say the receptionist, Bear, is terrific. always upbeat friendly and helpful. They need to keep him!!
The salon always seems fairly busy, but I never feel rushed. Plus I really like the Aveda products, and there aren't many Aveda Salons this close. I like that they are a concept salon as opposed to a salon that just uses the products. They seem to know a lot more about the product line. -

pretty much loved this place. Although I would have loved to fix my outgrowing bangs but I was told it was too soon. Michelle gave me a trim and cut my bangs :)) I would definitely recommend both the salon and Michelle.
