Very cool and friendly family that runs this. Very hard working.

Never had an issue with any stains. Price seems reasonable (this is the only place I use).

Concurred on the door alarm - loud as hell too.

-Fine service, prices reasonable.  Grab some Spuds afterwards and put a few grease stains on your freshly laundered shirts.  

-They have the most annoying door alarm to alert the staff you are walking in.  Necessary, yes, but I cringe hearing it.

My shirts have been laundered clean satisfactorily! :D

Staff is charming, knows that you shouldn't starch dark clothing, and doesn't upsell.  Nice.

One thing that I feel needs to be mentioned is that it is a one hour drycleaner, assuming you get there before they turn off the machine and the designated employee leaves for the day.  I'd think morning to early afternoon is a safe bet.  4pm was too late so I didn't have a clean shirt for the evening.

Perhaps I shouldn't wait until the last possible second next time.

They shank my shirts.  This is why I hate laundry.  Some stains also didn't make it out.

I'm going to Wallingford cleaners from now on which has the added bonus of being a green-certified-whatever drycleaner.

I highly recommend the Ultra One Hour Dry Cleaning on Ravenna for services. The lady who mostly runs the business is extremely nice and seems more concerned when you have a stain on your dress than you do...it's nice. She'll mark the stain and I can say confidently that it will be as-good-as-new when you pick it up. They are very good with imported silk ties as well.  Additionally, when you are a long-standing customer, you'll find that your bill is less, as she doesn't charge extra for stains, as she appreciates the steady business you are offering.
