Just love this place!! There are just too many reasons to try this place. Their job quality is fantastic, customer service is best I've ever had. If I can give a ten star I would give this place a ten star. My experience with 5 Point Detail and Adam is just amazing, beyond any expectation.
I have a black car, for those of you who own a black car you know how hard it is to keep it clean and shinny. After decent amount of research, I decided to get 5 Point Detail's Opti-Coating. Result is just amazing.....!!!!! All the swirls and water spots are gone, instead I'm seeing my original-out-of-factory shinny black paint!!! Its like seeing the car right out of assembly factory. I guess this is how people describe "showcase ready condition." After the coating its easier to wash the car than ever; just rinse off the dust and it wipe it dry using microfiber towel. Dont even need soap or waxing, car is still shinny like new.
Adam and I had a little chat about how this coating is not still very popular and people don't realize the effect. Some people even say dealer done teflon would do the same job. Trust me its DIFFERENT....I would definitely recommend this place and their opti-coating to anyone, coating is not cheap but it worths every penny. -

SO- let me tell you what happened...
HAHaha! This is so messed up- that I have to tell...
Alright.. so I drop off my car and settle on the $30 cost for wash/interior.. I get a call about 10 mins later telling me that my car is SO dirty they are going to have to charge me extra (since they have to use some "special" cleaner).. OKAY, so my first reaction is that they are trying to upsell/scam me- but I don't want them to jack up my car if I say no... so I negotiate on the cost.. OKAY- fine... I get it.. their business must not be doing too well... So, I thought- fine, I'll throw them a bone.... The guy on the phone was straight up P#ssed that I was negotiating the cost... Why do I say that? GREAT question... SO- at the end of the phone call... I'm like.."So..when will my car be..." He hangs up the phone.. but not before saying.. some muffled swear words....Just a guess, but I think he was P#ssed.
ANYWAY... but that's NOT the messed up part.... THIS WAS...
So, I get another call about 2 hours later my car is done... GREAT! I head on over...
I pay up and drop a five in the tip jar (despite that "special" cleaner crap)...
I start walking to my car... and notice that all the guys are starring at me... I knew right then.... something was wrong...
I got into my car....................... I don't know if they smeared something on the bottom of my seats or what.. but I HAVE NEVER, EVER, EVER smelled anything so repulsive in my life (AND I HAVE 3 HUGE older brothers, that can produce some rotten stuff)... it was so bad I was dry heaving... not joking.
NOT wanting to show that they "GOT ME", I held my breathe and drove off. I drove out of sight...parked, rolled down all the windows and sat outside of my car for about 30 minutes..
The smell didn't leave my car for nearly a week, that's why I'm sure they smeared something in the car.
Sooo.... I'm not going back.

Needed to go to Mission Valley. Hey, why not get a car wash! I heard there's one near the mall.
Excellent convenience. Ran all my errands and got a pretty good deal too.
I got the basic, which meant that I didn't have any high expectations but they did a pretty good job. There were some parts that were a slightly dusty, hence the minus star but it was the basic so I was still very satisfied!
Definitely would recommend! -

The $30 "basic" detail is amazing - as good as $100+ jobs I've gotten at other places. FYI: this business is a kiosk hidden at the entrance to the parking structure at the Mission Valley mall. The time estimate they quoted me was accurate, my car is SUPER clean, and they take debit! I'm a fan :)

Okay, so here is my truth. The only difference from there job and a"supreme" job at most car washes was an additional $115 dollars. Nice job but no way did I feel my $200 went to good use. All my scratches remained, my cup holders were not removed so I had crap under that I had to clean. The seat screws at the bottom nasty, and steering wheel dirty. So not what I expected.

Got my 07 Altima the mini detail package here. Was pretty nicely done, car still shines pretty nicely even though its been 2 weeks. They cleaned the interior nicely but idk if it's just me but there seems to be some spots that wasn't touched inside. I'm not sure if it's their company policy but my cup holders, gauges, and steering wheel wasn't cleaned or shined, but the rest was nice. Would recommend this place.

Just got a brand new black Audi A6 and had Adam's crew apply OptiCoat to help maintain it's factory shine and glossy appearance. I'm too busy to take my car in every other week to get detailed so I figured this was the best option to allow me to keep it looking as good as possible when I wash it on my own. A simple touch-free wash and a quick rub down with a microfiber cloth and polishing spray that Adam recommended and it looks fantastic! I still plan to take it in to 5 point to get some maintenance detailing when I'm in the area from time to time.
Adam was a pleasure to deal with and gave me some very helpful expert tips on maintaining my car's appearance. I was very pleased with their service and attention to detail. I've had Teflon coatings put on other cars I've owned and the OptiCoat is WAY better at keeping it looking new and shiny. I would definitely recommend Adam and 5 Point Mobile Detail if you want your car well taken care of without worries. -

I'll keep this simple...These are the only guys I allow to detail my vehicles for the past 18 months. I live out in East Lake and drive down to MV every time my vehicles need tender loving care. Any negative reviews are most likely from folks who had a "one off" bad experience - total statistical outliers to be sure. Got the San Diego package, and they definitely renewed my car and I was certainly impressed by the stains they were able to get out. I just hope CarMax was also impressed and that it helped with the appraisal. I don't know about the 5 stars just because there were a few random spots that were neglected, but it was nothing some touching up at home couldn't fix.

My first detail at 5 Point will not be my last.
My 2002 BMW was in ragged shape both inside and out. I've been considering a sale. After clearing some mechanical problems, I took it to 5 Point for a complete interior and exterior detail. I did not have a reservation, yet they accepted the job and had it finished on time.
The car looks great. The roundels on the wheels had come off some time ago, leaving some tenacious glue that I had never been able to remove - gone and sparkling. Every heat/air vent vane is free of dust. Many scratches have been rubbed-out and the crud that accumulates on exterior surfaces is gone.
This is probably the sixth detail I've had on this car, all of similar price, yet Five Point has earned my business in the future. -

My first detailing for my beautiful Jetta -
Loved it! Adam is super cool, super helpful, and a super fun guy. On Monday (they were closed), I called and left a voicemail to pop in on Tuesday at their mobile site in Mission Valley - and Adam called me back in less than an hour.
I bought the San Diego package (full interior, exterior) - and let me tell ya - My car was disgusting. I got my new car a little over a year ago, but I've been shuttling my boyfriend's husky for quite some time now. Husky hair was all over the place, practically embedded into the carpet floors. Not to mention all sorts of dirt and gross stuff in every crack... I felt so ashamed to bring in my car. But in just three hours, it was almost brand new!
Interior was amazing - My boyfriend resents the fact that I am in love with my interior and therefore no food is EVER allowed in my car anymore. And neither is the husky!
Exterior - Adam really did the best he could. I had some dog scratches on the car door, below the window... which I will def go back to get rid of them once and for all! He got rid of the minor ones, but obviously left the slightly deeper ones (that's for the next package up). Next time ,I'll be back for the full exterior package.

While in the middle of class this morning I realized that I needed to get a car wash and being new to SD I live and die by yelp, so it lead me to 5 Point mobile auto detail and I could not have been lead to a better place! I went to the mobile location by mission valley mall in between my classes and I had to be back to school within about an hour so I wanted to make sure I could get my monies worth and not be disappointed.
When I first called they told me it would be under and hour and a half for a wash and wax, which could cost 60 bucks, so I figured I could be a little bit late for class. Then when I got there they told me it would be done in under an hour. And then to my amazement it only took like 40 minutes!! and the quality of the wash and wax was phenomenal, my car had been weather a bit and they did an amazing job. Then even got rid of some of the swirl and water marks.
All in all this place is one of the best car washes I have ever been to, its not one of those chains where they send the car through a big car wash machine, but they do everything by hand and you can really tell. I will be back here again many times! -

My first detail for my 2009 Chevy Malibu (yes, I know. it was a complete mess both inside and out). I opted for just the complete interior detail because I'm terribly broke and, lets face it, we feel the mess when we're driving and the inside of our car is gross.
I had made an appointment for the first spot on Sunday morning, and what happens on Saturday night? My wallet was stolen. I call and leave a voicemail to cancel, then realize that I had some extra cash put away for emergencies (i.e. stolen wallet) and call back to reschedule the next morning. I thought I was being terribly annoying but the guy on the phone was awesome, understanding, and incredibly helpful with all of the questions I had about pricing and service.
I dropped by at around 10:30am Sunday morning. I gave them a little tour of my car and pointed out any stains per their request. They were great at explaining what was going to be an easy fix, and what wasn't. They gave me an appropriate time frame (about 3hrs), and I handed over the keys. True to their word, the car was done in a bit less than 3 hours. We inspected the car together (the gentleman who cleaned my car and the service rep) and that was that! The only thing that bugged me just a bit was the fact that the little inner ditch thingie behind the center console wasn't touched/cleaned. I partially blame myself because I didn't inspect the car afterwards more thoroughly (I was that stoked about how awesome it looked!) That being said, I'm more than happy that this was the ONLY thing that wasn't spotless and absolutely perfect about the job. I'm planning to go back with my two other cars next week.
They've definitely found a regular customer in me. Thanks 5 point! -

World class service.
A little bit more expensive but after you get your car back, you wont feel like you overpaid.
Adam evaluated my car to see what kind of service would be appropriate for my needs. He gave me options and didn't try to upsell me. I was there prepared to spend over 150 but he told me that I didn't need a full exterior detail and would be extremely satisfied with just either a wash/wax or a wash/sealant job. I went with the wash/sealant.
OH BOY WAS HE RIGHT. The car was meticulously done. Every inch of my car was clean. I've definitely never been that happy with getting my car cleaned. Car looked as good as if I were to have gotten a full detail elsewhere.
Will be coming back regularly. I value businesses with honest and real people instead of sleaze balls. I do recommend that you get here early and beat other people. If they're busy, you're gonna end up needing to wait awhile(totally worth it). -

Overall, I had a good experience with these guys. They did a very thorough job on my Dodge Magnum. It was seriously dirty. The folks at 5 point made it look beautiful. They even took out the car seats to really be sure they got the car sparkling. I got the highest end service and they added a surcharge of $20 because my car was super dirty. This brought my total to $280. This seems like a lot of money compared to what other places charge. They did a really great job, though.

I'm torn between the 4 and 5. I forget his name, but the main owner guy is awesome. Takes his job seriously, just like I take my car and money I spend on it seriously. I've been there about 6 times for my 2011 Black 335i and they do an amazing job. Only thing that's keeping me from the 5-star is really my own pet peeve...after spending over $100 to get a wash/clay/wax, seeing white wax residue between the body panels hurts. Easy enough to fix with a microfiber and some QD...other people may not care or notice. But I'll definitely keep going back without reservation. Great job!

I love bringing my car to 5 point for some pampering. Adam is always helpful, never tries to up sell me even when I just get the basic wash. I have a new black colored car that shows the tiniest imperfections in the wash/detailing job. Once or twice when they've been swamped with customers, there was a little of their wash compound left in the crevices, another time they forgot to vacuum the interior...I pointed these things out to Adam, he apologized, and immediately fixed the problem! There was no defensive attitude or arguing that I've experienced at other car washes, they just wanted to make sure I was happy with the wash. I will definitely continue to bring my car back to 5 point!

I just bought my first car that I actually want to take care of and baby and these guys hooked it up. The paint had some swirling from bad detail and washing before and these guys did an amazing job restoring the paint. Not cheap but I paid for what I got, and my car looked amazing after. Adam was an awesome guy who explained everything to me and made me feel like I was their number one customer for them. I will be giving them my business from here on out.

I supplied the mini but they did not supply the detail.
My car was dirty and in desperate need of a detail. Landlord doesn't let me do car washes in my driveway so it's Yelp to the rescue to find a local, green detailer. Bam, 5 Point is top of the list with a ton of 4- and 5-point reviews. Looks good to me.
Then the disappointment began. I called to check the availability and how long a mini detail would take. Guy was helpful but short with me and I had to squeeze every bit of info out of him. Drove to their location, pulled up, guy remembered that I called. Bonus points for sure. He told me it'd be about one and a half to two hours, took my phone number and I was off to kill two hours in Mission Valley mall. I hate malls but the sacrifice was minimal for an affordable and seemingly comprehensive detail.
After over two hours and no phone call I decided to check in. The car looked done but I never received a call letting me know. I used my credit card to pay and instead of swiping into a terminal the guy took my card and started punching all my info into a cell phone. Extremely odd procedure. Now I'm going to have to keep an eye on my bill to make sure no weird charges appear. No idea why a regular system or even an iPhone/iPad with a Square wasn't used.
Bill paid, I walked to my car and immediately started noticing problems. There was uncleaned bird poop on the bumper. Insects from a recent road trip were still on the front bumper and hood. Side mirrors look like the cleaning rag was just teased over them. Dust still on the dash in open areas. Steering wheel had so much shine agent slopped on it that it kept slipping out of my hand as I tried to drive away. Tire marks on the wheels from "spirited" driving were still left. Some items I had left in a cup holder were gone. Not misplaced, just thrown away and I was not told about it. My stereo EQ settings weren't just changed, they were inverted which seems more than accidental.
But not all is bad. The wax was pretty nice. My wheels were very, very dirty and they cleaned them up nicely. Interior was well vacuumed throughout the car. Gauge cluster and driver touch points were cleaned better than I'd expect for a mini detail.
Overall it was a very "meh" experience. I don't feel ripped off but I won't be returning. Between the lack of attention to detail in wash part of the detail and being stuck in Mission Valley there's just not enough of a reason from 5 Point to give them my service again.Comment from Adam C. of 5 Point Mobile Auto Detail 7/21/2011

After seeing the quality of work that they did on my mom and dad's vehicles as well as my brother's vehicle, I decided to try them out.
I was going to a last minute car show and needed someone to detail my customized 2005 Ford Mustang. Since they only do mobile service Monday thru Friday and this was a Sunday, I decided that a drive to the Westfield Mission Valley Mall would be okay since it was close to my residence in La Jolla.
I drove by the place a couple of times as I was looking for a storefront. I looked closer and noticed that they had a small cart and a few parking spaces in the mall garage where they do the detailing work. I was a little hesitant but still decided to give them a chance and I am glad that I did.
They did a SUPER job on my car! I did not see one flaw on the car when they finished. They detailed the inside and outside of the car, the engine compartment, and even cleaned the inside of my chrome wheels along the outside of them. The whole car looked brand new when they finished. In my opinion, they have a great "attention to detail" and I would never hesitate to recommend them to others. -

I had a problem with my first experience and the owner Adam got in touch with me via yelp and resolved the situation. Adam is old school when it comes to customer service (which is very rare in this town). Adam wants to do the right thing and honestly make the customer happy and will do whatever it takes to earn their business. I would not hesitate to recommend 5 point detail to anyone. The owner Adam is a class act. I will be returning to 5 points in the future.

We brought my BF's Land Rover here a few weekends ago for a full detail on the inside and a wash on the outside.
First I have to say that we really appreciated the discount that we received as well as the customer service from the main attendant. I think his name was Adam, I'm not sure though. He didn't try to upsell us on other services like a lot of the other car wash places.
After leaving the car there, we were told to come back at four, and the car was ready when we were told it would be. On our way to pick it up we were discussing what our expectations were, and my BF was expecting a lot considering all the FIVE star reviews on yelp and the fact that it was going to cost aroung $140. I was a little more realistic considering he smoked in the car for two years.
Honestly I think the detail fell short. Here's why:
- There was still lint/dirt/grime in the crevices of the seat and seat tracks.
- It didn't look like they tried to clean the roof material on the drivers side, because it still looked dirty.
-The vents looked like they could have been cleaned a little better.
-There were space/crevices in the trunk that still had sand.
I think that if we would have closely inspected it before we left we could have caught these things, but after being out all day I just wanted to go home and it was getting dark. Also, I do want to say that if I brought it back the next day, I would like to think that they would have taken care of my complaints. BUT the reason why we brought the car to be detailed is because we are having a baby any day now, so I really don't have time to go back and have this done again, when it should have been done the first time. -

I haven't been keeping up with writing reviews, although I always say I am going to get back on the wagon. And this place is so awesome that I had to get on and say a few things about them.
I recently got a new car.. a black Range Rover and if you've ever had a black car you know how hard it is to keep clean. I immediately took it there to have it completely detailed and clay bar waxed. I felt really comfortable and everything was explained to me in detail, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of in any way and I felt like they genuinely care about my car and its appearance.
Needless to say I was impressed with the end result. My truck is an 04 and it looked like it came out of the showroom. I couldn't find anything wrong with it!!
I have taken my truck to two other washes, that seemed okay when I had a white car, but they totally jacked up the Range.
Now I ONLY take my truck to 5 Point. I know EVERY TIME its going to look so fresh and so clean.
And if there ever is an issue with a spot here or little something there, they will not hesitate to get it right.
Love love love this place. Worth the little extra time and money... especially if you have a black car or a car that needs to be on point at all times. -

Trey, or as I now know him as "Toretto" from Fast and the Furious (only fitting since he runs an auto detailing shop, you'll know what I mean when you meet him) was a straight up guy, sold me on exactly what I was looking for and took my requests to heart. Awesome service.
I received the clay bar and teflon sealant, I am a car nut and have always done my own detailing... but, I simply don't have the time anymore, and if you're in the same boat, talk to Trey. Initial I was looking for a clay bar with carnuba wax, but after some discussion on a cross country trip coming up, he suggested the teflon, a great sealant good for a year, again, great service.
This is my first detailing in my 15 years of vehicle experience done by someone other than myself, and I am thoroughly impressed.

Adam and his crew do a great job. I have had them do an exterior detail, wash and wax and an emergency clean up. I had picked up food to bring to a party and the food was juicier than I realized. The next morning the smell of vinegar and spices was overwhelming. Adam got me right in and got rid of the stain and smell. Thank you!

I was a sad victim of tree sap and bird poop gone wrong, that burned through my car's clear coat and left several hundred spots. Adam worked with me to properly diagnose the issue and come up with a remedy plan. He and his team worked 110% to remove almost every spot through the wet sand/polish/clear coat process. They even detailed the inside of my car which was an awesome surprise and not at all expected. When I pulled up to my car after it was finished, I felt like jumping for joy. My car looked better than when I first bought it! I will be coming back for other services to maintain my car, and would recommend anyone go here who needs minor or major detail TLC! Adam is the best, and very easy to work with. 5 Point Mobile Auto Detail really understands and gets into the details. Thanks again.

I just got the complete interior detail, and my car looks and smells brand new! I have a small SUV only 5 years old. My expectations were for basic things like vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the console, etc, and they definitely scrubbed the whole car clean! It wasn't super stained or dirty to begin with but it just needed a detail because I hadn't done that since I had bought the car, and I use it very frequently for both of my jobs. They even cleaned the outside windows, which they usually don't do, because there was sap or something sticky on them.
I think they were closing soon but the guy squeezed me in anyway, and was very nice and courteous. It took about 2 hours because they had a couple cars in front of me, so I went shopping at the mall in the meantime, and I came back at the time they told me and they were basically finished, I didn't have to wait much longer.
I'm amazed at how new my car looks again! Definitely worth the money. -

I cannot say enough about them! I used their mobile detail service and they sent Leo, Josh, and Chris. I originally scheduled the complete 5 Point Detail package, but Leo assessed my old worn out car (I will be honest my car was in really rough shape it was beyond filthy) and said that my car wouldn't benefit from the full exterior package because my paint was in bad shape so I downgraded to the San Diego.
The car looked better than when I bought it!! It was immaculate! They got out every interior stain even the ones they said they may not get out. I got my car detailed in preparation to sell it and because of their hard work I was able to sell it for $500 more than I anticipated!!
I highly recommend Leo, Josh, and Chris. They arrived early and stayed later than quoted to complete the job beautifully. -

If you have a Camry or an Avalon, then this crew may be beyond budget.
If you have a Benzo or Beemer 5+ or an Audi A6+ this will be right around the proper price.
If you own a Bentley, you already have full-time staff to buff your shit out.
I deduct not for awesome detail, but for the overpowering "new car smell" that has taken days to clear out. I asked for only the mildest fragrance available, this was a miss. NBD, just be aware. -

Had the "5 Point" detail done on my 2001 BMW 530i at my home.
These guys never disappoint. This is my second car I had 5 Point bring back to showroom condition. Now I am feeling like an idiot. Why ? Because of all the times I have spent and WASTED money on those so called drive thru car wash detailing places with their $99 specials. I could kick myself in the ass. Never again.
5 Point understand the meaning of the word DETAIL. Yes the crumbs under the seat, the crud in the cracks of the switches, the hair gel in the headliner (yes have a look in your car next time), the dirt on the door handles. I tried real hard to find a place where these guys missed DETAILING and I'll be darned if I could find it.
Ultra convenient mobile service, First class quality & workmanship, good value. I can tell Adam takes his time in hiring the right staff and it shows.
PLEASE stop wasting your money on those drive thru half ass car wash detail joints and get your money's worth with 5 Point. I've learned my lesson the hard way. Had my Jeep Liberty done detailed inside and out by 5 Point. Excellent job from first contact to completion. Adam and his crew really pay attention to detail and customer service. So nice to have my car in like new condition.

These guys are unbelievable. They are courteous on the phone and explain the different services they have available. They also give you options,they will come to you with one of their mobile trucks or you can go to them in Mission Valley. When I got there they didn't try talking me into other "add ons" which was great.
They worked on the car about 5 hours and WOW. I had bought the car only 2 years old with 6200 miles so it was pretty clean. This car that I picked up was cleaner! The interior was spotless. Three months ago I was using it as a U-Haul on a move. It was horrible. They got every stain out. They even was in the wheel wells. It is well worth the money. Things they can not do ie...deep scratches, dings in the bumper etc. they have people to suggest that will do the jobs.
The car was so clean when I picked up friends that night I wanted them to take off their shoes as to not scuff or stain anything!
Look at their website...the before and afters, its true.
The other thing that is great is that they are very "green thinking". They have a process that uses no water. But if you chose the normal process,
and if they come to you they actually bring a mat that absorbs the water as to not create a mess
They do a great job on both counts, for your car and for the environment... -

When it comes to car washes, I suppose I'm a bit old-fashioned. I've always been a little perplexed when I see those mall parking lot operations that promise a "waterless" (or, as is the case with 5 Point, an "eco-conscious") wash/detail. Somehow, my 40-something brain can't imagine getting a vehicle clean without sending it through a carnival-like tunnel full of water jets, multi-colored suds, and robotic air blowers. So you can imagine my confusion when I searched Yelp for an auto-detailer and 5 Point showed up as a top-rated result. I was befuddled (in the same way my dad might be if I asked him to "shoot me a text").
I don't know how the 5 Point guys do it without water; I didn't stick around to watch the process. I didn't need to, as the bright, shiny vehicles being reunited with astounded owners provided my aged decision-making with all the evidence it needed.
For less than I've paid for a half-assed detail elsewhere, these guys made my old Yukon look showroom new. I am a believer in their eco-conscious voodoo, and they've earned a loyal customer.
Now, if they could just teach my dad how to send a text.Listed in: Top Notch Service

I've had very poor interior car detail experiences in the past... Nothing is ever done according to my standards.
Is it too much to ask for the interior to look like it was the first day I bought my car???.... Most of my friends would say - YES!
So after much yelp research - I decided on 5 Point as my newest vendor choice. Sad to say... I really didn't expect to be wowed by the service b/c I've been told my expectations are just too high.
Well.... I was incredibly surprised when I picked up my convertible beetle... After 4 years of abuse and filth- my cute little car looked brand spanking new!!!!
For $110, my car was basically transported back in time to when it was sparkly and new.
I searched and searched for any spots that could have been overlooked... But I could not find one darn thing to complain about.
If you want interior detail done impeccably well - then you really should give 5 Point a call. They are worth it! -

What can I say that won't sound like me gushing over 5 Point Mobile Auto Detail? I will gush , on just about everything about this detailing service. They literally turned my old car that was really dirty / went through hell and back - type interior and exterior, into a VERY clean, VERY polished and VERY pretty new car. No joke, when I got into my newly-detailed car, it literally felt like I just bought a new car! I should have taken before and after pictures, then you would know just how exactly amazing of a job they did.
More props for the very courteous customer service, the smiling faces and the really chill vibe I got from the workers. I checked out their website before I came, and told them what I wanted, and they didn't even try to suggest "add-ons".
I also dig the fact that their Mission Valley location is literally at the mall, so you can actually have something to do while they work on your car, and they will work on it. It took about three and a half hours for them to be done with my car, so be prepared to spend that amount of time, or even longer depending on what kind of servicing you want. I checked out movie times before hand, and just watched movies at the AMC theater while waiting :-)
I am definitely going back to these guys, if my car ever gets dirty, although its SOOO clean now, that it might take a while :-) -

A very professional Auto Detail Service.
Showed up on time and was very thorough in describing what exactly my car needed. He was very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what I needed and his prices were very reasonable.
His equipment seemed very good and he was completely self sufficient, even vacuuming up all waste water to abide by all the counties regulations I guess.
If you need your car detailed or washed this is the best guy in town, ask for Adam. -

Up until today, I had not vacuumed the interior of my car in...um...I don't know, and I don't want to know. Entire sodas have spilled in the back. Ass sweat has seeped into the fabric seats on my way home from the gym. Crumbs from snacks in every crevice. Yuck.
Neither my car, nor my husband's car, had ever been detailed (interior -- that's what I care about, not so much exterior) in the 5 years we have had them. I decided it was time, especially since my husband's had been smoked in and it was like driving in an ashtray. I scheduled an early Saturday morning appointment with Adam over the phone. He was very pleasant and professional and honest.
The appointment was at 9am. At 8:30 I was emptying out my car and the guys arrived, which was cool with me. They got started and spent about an hour and a half on my car and did a spectacular job. I was super impressed! It looks just like new.
They spent about an equal amount of time on my husband's car, as well. It smells much better and looks like I have never seen it before, or expected it was capable of looking.
I spoke to Adam a few hours after the job was done and he is a super stand-up guy and really believes in his business and the quality of that business. I am very happy with the service and will be recommending 5-point and using them again. The combination of convenience, professionalism, value and detail far exceeded my expectations. -

I got the the complete interior and exterior detail and couldn't have been happier. These guys are legit. A little more than what you pay somewhere else, but they're worth it. They even took off I scrape I got about a year ago that my previous detailer couldn't get out...for free! AND offered to bring my car back to my work and complete the transaction (granted I don't work very far from the place). Now that's service!
